Would give zero stars if I could. One of their drivers completely ruined my front yard (they were servicing my neighbor). He drove his truck across my lawn and got stuck. There were two massive holes in my front yard. After speaking with them, they came to "fix it". If that's what they call it. They probably spent 10$ on seed and called it a day. There are still two holes completely uneven with the rest of the lawn and I will know have to fix it before one of my children get injured. Completely incompetent and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I called for a stove conversion from natural gas to propane . When Bob showed up he was very professional. He pulled my stove out then went out side to see the gas line and he said I don’t like the way this line is set up let me call my boss. Bob said I will fix it like it was my house I was working on. About 2hrs later I had a very professional looking gas line running from outside my house to my stove. Bob did a great job Thank you.
If you need gas work done call ideal bottle gas and ask for Bob to do the work he will treat your house like his

Ideal Bottle gas, they are very helpful, professional and courtesy. Whenever I have a question, they're there to answer it, anytime I need service or gas delivery, they are there. Their prices are extremely reasonable and their service are exceptional. Do yourself a favor and become a customer.

I appreciate this business so much! I have had such terrible service and constant problems with other companies. Everyone I have spoken to on the phone has always been super helpful and nice! There is never a problem with deliveries because they always refuel before I'm empty! Thank you Ideal!

Was a long time customer of bay gas and was happy then paraco bought them and it all went down hill. And prices started creeping up what seemed to be monthly My company started filling its portable tanks at ideal and realize their prices were significantly better better so I inquired about home service being that my entire home runs on propane .they gave me an unbelievable deal . I gave paraco the chance to match the price and they would not even budge and the small amount they did come down was only for 6 months so of course I switched and could not be happier and I'm excited to save money Very happy with the service I now get from ideal propane.. today I had an issue with a regulator in the cold. I called Ideal they had two guys here within the hour. Bob and Jacob wow were these guys amazing, clean, professional and thorough . They had me up and running in no time and were super curious and friendly. Ray and IDEAL PROPANE SHOULD GIVE SMALL BUSINESSES ESP IN THE CONSTRUCTION AND HOME REPAIR INDUSTRY LESSONS ON HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS RIGHT IM A BIG FAN OF THESE GUYS AND GALS AND KNOW YOU WOULD BE TOOTHANK YOU. Next day service was extremely helpful they did a quick, clean, honest and great job at a better rate than anyone eles and you can pay on the portal which is super convenient if your away on vacation or work
