It was ok. Didn't feel like I was welcomed there. Given the perception of my age, I don't fit into the Gap Factory's target demographics.

Misleading Name- its not actually a factory its just a clothes store. 5 Stars though the clothes are very nice.

Good selection of basic clothes. They did not take off a theft-prevention device which did not even beep when I left - so I had to go back.

Ordered online for a store pick up. They immediately brought the item to my car as soon as I pulled up and checked in. So easy!!

If I could give no stars, I would. Prices are doubled if not tripled. Dresses I used to purchase in the $20-$30 range are now in the $60 range. Outrageous! Corporate continues to hike up prices and make money as the consumer continues to struggle and try to make ends meet. Shameful.

From the moment I walk in this store every time I go, I feel very uncomfortable. If you're African American American be ready to be followed around the store immediately, they make it so obvious. This has happened to me plenty of times, the very young inexperienced staff is practically on top of you as if that store has anything worth wanting to steal, and believe I don't steal and don't need too. White women are freely shopping around the store not being harassed and followed and made to feel like a thief. It was so bad the other day I nearly left in tears, two associates of course they where at the register when I walked in and their where plenty of people in their shopping obviously not my color but not even two minutes after I walked in the manager just happened to need to check prices right by me literally every where I walked, sickening this day in age. How fun it is to be shopping while black. Like I said this has happened before so I stopped shopping their for almost a year, I figured I would give them another try out of convenience, but nothing has changed. So long story short be aware if you're black because I refuse to shop where I'm not wanted. And I have never felt like this at any other Gap store.
