Good solid place with nice service and pretty standard everything else. If you are a light sleeper you should bring earplugs. It can get a little noisy from other rooms and the highway that passes by.

Do not stay here. I got to this hotel late Sunday night for work and was told the reservation was all set. The individual who made my reservation told the hotel specifically they had a new CVC and expiration date for their account and provided it for them. They failed to do that. When I tried checking in the card wouldn’t go through and I basically had to beg them to let me stay for the night. The guy I dealt with had no empathy for my situation, was super condescending, and continued to cut me off every time I tried to speak. I was forced to put one night on my own personal card and the man who explained the whole process to me was more than confusing, the whole conversation left me super uneasy. They told me they only charged me once of 155, but I have 3 separate processing charges. Really unhelpful employees who work there. Do not recommend.

The wall paper was peeling, the carpets very dirty, no bags for trash cans, drains were clogged. Tried to over charge me at check in, luckily I had the app that showed the break down. My bank sent me a notification of a fraud charge of $795 trying to be deducted with no explanation from them as to why. I get home from my trip and find out they charged me a second time for my stay.

We stayed here in 2014 and all we can remember about that night is the noisy people above us all night long. Unfortunately, the staff tried to help us as best they could.

Good Hotel with comfy and large rooms. Breakfast is definitely above-average for american standard. Parking is nice and location is also well for Long-Island trips

Very little sound insulation. Heard my neighbors talking all night. The beds and top soft and lumpy.

I made the mistake of asking to speak to a manager. Well the lady behind the desk said what's the problem? I said well let's start with the shower I turned it on & the water on & boom it got everywhere.

This was my second time staying here. The first time was in the fall of 2023. At that time the staff was short handed but courteous. My room was clean and comfortable. This time they were fully staffed and again all of the staff that I came in contact was courteous. However, I was given a room next to the guest laundry that was quite noisy. When I asked for a different room, I was accomodated with a smile. Again my room was clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again. I'll just ask for a room away from the laundry. :)

Ok bed, separate roomy shower, and most importantly cleaner Than most. Friendly and welcoming staff (Amanda) as well. Would recommend. I extended My stay I enjoyed being here so much. One of the nicer Hotels in the area.

I was in town for a funeral, desired to stay close to my family in Long Island. Found a bed bug in our room, they switch our room immediately. I throughly checked second room with maintenance man.While I was showering, the fire alarm went off and the hotel was evacuated due to a fire on the ground level. The hotel smelled like smoke the remaining time we were there. In speaking with the front desk, I was told we received triple Marriott points which would equate to a free night that could be used at any Marriott, that NEVER happened.
