So I purchased a headlight for my car. It took me like seven weeks to get an appointment to have someone install it. They did say they would help me find someone but they never followed through. $300 cash is what I paid for the headlight that they will now not take back because it is completely useless. I wish they had never taken over the business from the Southampton auto salvage but I will never ever go here again. Completely dishonest they just want your money and they don't care if they literally sell you junk. Hi, must add that I can purchase two new headlights for less than what I paid them for something that does not work

Very poor experience. I ask about a part and the first thing out of the guys mouth is an answer that only a j*** would give. Completely unhelpful and didn't give any explanation or even simply say "No I'm sorry we don't have the part and here's why." Not that I expect anyone at a parts company to be an angel but they don't have to be nasty either.

spoke to them in great detail about the part only to be called and told they noticed it was the incorrect part when they went to ship it a day and half later, it's like they didn't know what their inventory was
