I cannot thank Sal, Angela, and their team enough for making my son’s birthday dreams come true and creating this truly amazing Spider-Man cake. Their customer care and meticulous attention to detail is unmatched. The cake was huge, delicious, and the price unbeatable. I have a lot of experience buying custom cakes at bakeries in the area and I can confidently say no one comes close to Salpino’s on price and quality. And for me, the experience is just as important as the finished product, and Salpino’s wins on both. They are definitely my go-to for cakes from now on and I highly recommend!

The were great! I always like to see them make them BUT I couldn't. The have a variety of great foods and desserts there. Be prepared to get in line. Good thing is you'll have to take a number, literally. They must be doing something good. My only issue is, they are pretty slow.

Great customer service and an amazing job making a birthday cake for my daughters mermaid themed first birthday. Angela helped to keep it in my price range and gave the beat price by a long shot (I shopped around) and still managed to create a beautiful cakecake 10” round with an extra layer buttercream

Angela from the bakery department was amazing, I wanted a specific cake and in less than 20 minutes she ensure the cake was made exactly how I wanted it. And best of all, it was delicious.

We wanted a custom cars cake for my sons second birthday. I shop at salpino several times a week and noticed they do custom cakes. Angela was very helpful and made the process easy and stress free. The cake came out beautiful and of course it was delicious! Besides our son, the cake was the talk of the party. We will be shopping here for custom cakes in the future!

This is one of or go-to markets for deli and Italian dishes, breads, cookies, and cakes. The fresh mozzarella is always too hard to pass up even when not on the shopping list.

Overpriced mediocre food, I ordered sausage that was dried out the bakery section is Excellent ++ and the only reason to go there is.

Angel from the bakery is great- ordered a custom cake for a 50th anniversary. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted and she walked me through the whole process, assuring me it would be beautiful and delicious and it was. The store overall is great, service as well.

Awful. Ordered Xmas dinner, stood around wating forever for a ham still wrapped in plastic. I'll order from the Wantagh location next time (Thanksgiving from them was great and fast).
