Won’t be going back here. I don’t get hair cuts often I really don't have the extra money for things like that. I only go once a year when my ends are completely fried. I booked a special curly hair cut, where they look at your curl and give you a hair cut for your hair. The woman that cut my hair didn’t even look at my curl while my hair was dry. She was also running a half hour late. I waited two weeks for this appointment because this special person that does curly hair only works on Thursday’s. She literally cut my hair in one fell swoop. She had me stand up and she chopped my length. Then did a few angles in the front. She started at 5:45. And I was back home in my kitchen at 6:05. I’m so disappointed. I was looking forward to a nice experience. But instead I was barley even looked at. 78 bucks for a chop job. And a 15 dollar tip. I feel robbed.

Absolutely horrible unprofessional salon. I had a Brazilian blowout done the girl who did it omitted the last three steps. The treatment did not take. I then proceeded to call the salon numerous times to speak to the owner. My calls were never returned, and I was treated as if I didn’t even exist. Proceed with caution before using a salon like this they do not perform the treatment correctly and then refuse to make good on it. Proceed with caution.

Definitely not happy. The experience was fine like any other salon. The results were overpriced, and not even close to what I asked for. when I showed everyone my reference they were shocked that I walked out of the salon with what I got. I would’ve been happier to be rejected if results couldn’t have been achieved. The price for what I got is absolutely insane now to save up again to hopefully get it fixed elsewhere

The hair wash was rushed. The hair stylist left me with an uneven cut and wasnt communicating during the cut to make sure it was what I wanted. She also didn't put the cape on me properly and I left covered in hair. Will never go back

Love the stylist Elle but very bad customer service. I paid $60 more for Magic Sleek treatment 2 days before Groupon went on sale. They took the attitude of "too bad for you." Would have been loyal customer but don't like the "you lose" attitude of management.

It was ok, my single process was done right. The atmosphere was ok and this place definitely needs some TLC with the decor. Overall it was ok.

Highly highly recommend. Everyone in the salon is absolutely amazing! They are dream workers and the salon is always so beautiful and clean! From the moment you walk in until the minute you leave, the environment is always very welcoming. And of course patty is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! I’ve been going to her for over 10 years and she has never disappointed!
