If you asked me last year I would have given this store a 5 star rating but honestly the shelves are a 1/4 filled these days I’m getting nervous I’m going to have to find a new pharmacy and convienance shopping store. Sad because this store was awesome & the staff too!

Pharmacy is slow. Everytime I go to get meds it's atleast a 25 minute wait. Ridiculous. 4-5 people behind the counter and one taking care of customers. Get your meds somewhere else.

Easily the worst pharmacy on all of Long Island. Think you’ll be in and out to get your prescriptions? Think again. The lines are regularly 10 people deep and they NEVER open a second register to help at those times. The pharmacy also closes for half an hour for lunch from 1:30-2:00 so that the pharmacists can “recharge”. I’ve never heard of another pharmacy doing this but it’s a larger inconvenience than they realize.

This pharmacy is abysmal. No communication. Prescriptions are never ready even being put in half a day earlier. Avoid and find somewhere else.

Train your cashiers the company policy. And not to create their own. I felt extremely embarrassed today. My great grand mother is 103. I went to the store to buy her some stuff on her otc card. But her card can not swipe. So, I opened the app on my phone. And the cashier didn't even scan the card. She just says we can not take this. So I take out my card and show her it does not swipe. But I left and went back in, and when I did, the cashier said I would not let that happen on my watch. As if I was coming to steal moltrin. This is so outrageous. Just teach the cashiers store policy, please.

The phone rings forever and nobody picks up.. in pharmacy. Been trying to prepay my mother’s prescription for two days no answer…. During business hours no less. I also have to add that corporate had no right to sell her scripts to cvs when levittown closed. She had to go back to the dr at $50 a visit to get new scripts because rite aide couldn’t use the scripts from Levittown, this was a costly inconvenience. I don’t want to use cvs because they charge triple the amount for her medication…

I love this rite aid but I am giving it 3 stars because of one of their employees. She is so rude and very nasty. If you ask where something is she rudely snaps at you and says “IM COMING!” I overheard her snap at another customer and then she did it to my husband and myself on 2 separate occasions.If she doesn’t like her job that’s fine but that’s not to be taken out on customers.

This phamacy is the best. Always have my medicine and if theres any problem they call you right away. Caitlin the pharmacist is the best she calls you back and will keep you in touch with your prescriptions so you don't drive there and not able to pick up if there early or any others cases etc. i recommend this phamacy, never a wait, clean and great customer service I give this rite aid a 5 star rating been using phamacy sober 10 years and I haven't found anyone better.

Team always helpful and friendly. The store always looks great, no stocking boxes cluttering aisles like in CVS. Always a great experience!
