I can't say enough about how wonderful everyone at Polara is! My Dad recommended them to me to get my Claddagh ring resized. They were able to do it the same day and not only does it fit perfectly, but they shined it up, fixed the awkward shape of my vintage ring, and even were able to even out the hands that had been slightly crooked from past repairs. They were extremely reasonably priced, welcoming, and gave my engagement ring new life! Recommended 100%! (Pictures are before vs after)

I came here for jewelry repair. The place I went prior to coming here looked at the chain with a little magnifying eye. She then stated they do not repair hollow link jewelry because its difficult, so she try to sell me a similar chain which was expensive for me. I then went to Polara. When I walked in I met with an employee. As soon as I shown her the chain and ask if she can repair it, she stated yes, what needs to be done and to come back in a few days. When I picked up the chain it was cleaned and repaired. It looked brand new. I was very satisfied and will be doing business with them again.
