I visited Philip Joseph Jewelers in Bellmore a couple of weeks ago with a diamond eternity ring which I had gotten from my grandmother. Having been divorced, I finally thought of a design for resetting the ring. I told my lovely sales associate, Anna what I wanted and she followed through exactly as requested. We removed 3 stones from the ring and designed 3 separate rings to be worn stackable. I love my new rings and I love this jeweler! Highly recommend seeing this courteous and honest establishment! You will walk out with a big smile!

I went there to pick out a special gift for a family member. When I entered the store I was greeted by a overly friendly worker named Anna. She seemed super sweet. I picked out a very beautiful and expensive piece of jewerly which I thought at the time was good quality. When I gave it to my family member we noticed that one of the diamonds was loose and one of the stones was stratched. I went back to the store with the piece and showed the owner the defects. The owner tried to convince me that the stone was fine. I had to keep insisting that it wasn't. Finally they agreed to fix the stone and fix the loose diamond. I wanted to wait for it but they kept making excuses why I couldn't. In fact the other owner came out and said, "what is it, you don't trust me I've been in this business for something something years." He went on and on and on. Meanwhile if I want to wait for my piece to be fixed that is certainly my prerogative! He made it all about him, acting insulted and child like clearly pointing the finger at me and away from him! Do youself a big favor and stay away from this jewerly store!!!!!

What a nice jewelry store. I was greeted so pleasantly by one of the sales people Anna. She guided me to exactly what i was looking for and took the time to explain the product. She is definitely my go to person bow and i will be back!

My diamonds on a ring that I purchased at this store cracked!! When I brought it back they treated me so nasty and wouldn't do anything for me. STAY AWAY!!! VERY RUDE OWNERS. The quality of the ring speaks for itself!! What kind of diamonds crack????

This jeweler is the epitome of friendly service! I am greeted by name when I walk in and I truly feel like they are family. They do excellent and quick repairs and are always there for changing my watch batteries. The shop is bright and clean, too!
