“I dealt with two individuals named Shamara and Ibraheem at GEM PAWN BROKERS today , Monday March 11th, 2024 and I must say that the experience was pleasantly surprising! Both individuals were the epitome of respectful, courteous, kind and at the same time professional in conducting business! Their customer service was exemplary, and I wouldn’t be surprised if I came to learn that this store probably earns better than many others in the chain! Two thumbs up for awesome service! I tip my hat…….. or at least I would if I wasn’t bald headed and actually wore a hat to tip?!

“This establishment was incredibly helpful!!! The guy Jeffrey that runs the place is an absolute gentleman. I asked him to test and weigh my jewelry, he was more than happy to do so and refused to accept any payment. He was a pleasure to deal with!!! He schooled me on some things I was unaware of, and was extremely patient with me. He took his time and couldn’t have been nicer. I was taken back because he wasn’t making much off of me but was still willing to take his time, and share his knowledge. These qualities are so rare in business owners today. A few days later he allowed me to sell my jewelry in his store to a stranger. Again, he offered his assistance and resources for a minuscule cost. He made me feel confident and comfortable. I was really surprised at how great these guys were. I very rarely write a review but these guys deserve that, at the least!!I highly, highly, highly recommend this jewelry store for any of your jewelry store needs.
