“While feeling ill on a Friday I called to see if they could treat me. What a pleasant and efficient staff. I went right in and was taking care of. The office is large and spotless.The staff listened and were attentive. Within 45 minutes I was on my way with meds sent to my pharmacy. They informed me my info would be on file for future check in. Thank you so much! Was feeling better by later that evening!”
“Who enjoys going to the Doctor? Pretty much no one, but that’s probably because you haven’t been to this office. I needed a physical for a clinical rotation and my primary couldn’t get me in but I called and spoke with Sandy and she helped me more than I even realized I needed. She may be the nicest human being alive and I’ve never met her in person. Arrived today and was greeted by Cristal who checked me in told me what paperwork she would need all with a smile on her face like she actually enjoyed speaking with me. Next up was Daniela who I found out will be a treating medical professional in just a couple months, her future patients will be very lucky to have her with her personality and patient care, anywhere will be lucky to have her. Finally there is Amy and if I didn’t know any better I’d swear there is a competition between all these great women to see who can be nicer than the last. I was not sick but I’d bet had I been just speaking with this team I would have started getting better immediately. You can’t teach bedside manner but if you could Amy would be the Professor. People that write reviews typically complain about the smallest of issues but if anyone ever wrote a negative review of this crew I’d love to talk with them because I can’t picture them being capable of doing wrong. 10/10 send your family and friends!!! Tell them Fox sent ya!!! Oh and by the way this office is about 45’ from my home and I’m not even remotely upset about it.”
“I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the prosessionalism and friendliness of the phlebotomist, Nicole, who was on duty. I have very thin, hard to locate veins and she was so patient and professional. And there was hardly and wait time.”

“First off, MEDICARE FOR ALL!! TO CALL WHAT WE HAVE A HEALTH CARE "SYSTEM" IS LAUGHABLY CRUEL. I went to another unnamed in network lab that I usually go to with two lab scripts from two of my different doctors, one from an in-network provider and one from an out-of-network provider. Even though the lab I usually go to is in network they refused to do the lab script for a doctor that was out of network. I protested saying that that's insane because the lab I'm currently at and talking to is you; you are in network and you are performing the services as an in network lab!! Why does it matter that the script is from and out of network provider?? Anyway, I went to northwell Labs as a walk-in and explain my issue and even the urgency of my getting the lab work done quickly. They were amazing!!! Everyone was kind competent and more than willing to go out of the way to help me out of the situation. Don't go anywhere else!! Thanks for coming to my TED talk.”
“I’ve been to this location three times in the past few months and Stephanie has helped me each time. She is very patient and answers any questions you may have. It seems like she is always working by herself but she doesn’t stop moving and you don’t have to wait long at all, even for walk-ins. It’s a great location and will be my go to for bloodwork from now on!”
“My experience with Mobile Health in Hempstead was nice! The staff was very friendly and professional. I didn't feel anything was off when it came to how they treated me. My appointment was for 10 AM and I waited about half an hour. However, I was there for a little under an hour overall, which was fine.”

“I have a huge phobia of bloodwork. The woman did what I needed her to do for me to relax. My blood was coming out slow so it took a very long time and was poked several times but she kept checking in on me and gave me time to breathe in between pokes. Didn't get frustrated or yell at me once.”

“Overall I've never had issues with this location. Most times I've gone I'm in and out within 15 minutes. The wait time really depends on the timing. A few times I've gone the wait can be longer if they have a lot of people needing to get blood drawn. The staff I've interacted with were all very nice. I'm glad they had updated to the new suite a few years ago since the waiting room is now a waiting room. If it does get crowded they suggest leaving your phone number on the sign in sheet and they will call when they are ready for you.”

“I was terrified to get my blood work done at my PCP since the nurse practitioner was having trouble finding a vein to draw blood. I opted to walk in at this Northwell lab in Plainview. I am so glad I did.Claudia, I believe is the Physician assistant that works at this location was more than happy to complete my lab requests. She has over 20 years of experience and I didn't even know my blood was drawn. She is a professional. I felt so comfortable. This is this is the kind of assurance and assistance that make us want to keep coming. Thank you Claudia for making the process so smooth. Yes, I trust the Universe that everything will be fine. It all starts with meeting with wonderful people!”

“Came here after trying to get tested at 2 urgent cares (with lines around the corner). I submitted my info via their website at 11 a.m. and got my test appointment for that same afternoon. Process took less than 5 minutes and results came within 24 hours. Highly recommend.”
“Fast and efficient service IF you make an appointment beforehand. I had an 11:10 appt. Arrived at 11:05 and checked in at the kiosk. Don't forget your drivers license and insurance card. No sooner than I sat down as I was called in. Young lady was kind and excellent at drawing blood (got vein at first attempt). I have very small, hard to get at veins. I was in my car by 11:20!”

“The phlebotomists that work here are extremely professional especially when dealing with difficult people who think there privileged and need to be served on their terms. They are compassionate and understanding in high stress situations brought by impatient customers. I was put in an extremely stressful situation in the waiting room by an older man who was harassing the staff and patients. However, the staff was impeccable in handing the situation. For all the bad reviews on here they were most likely from people who didn't make an appointment or not use to life not going their way. Bless the workers that serve here!”
