Poor service; the lady at the desk was rude and provided inaccurate information. Yesterday, she instructed me to arrive an hour before closing, but today when I arrived at 11:20, they were closing at 12:30 (yes, it's cutting it close, but it's just a simple urine exam that shouldn't take more than 10 minutes), and I was denied service. So, was it supposed to be one hour and 10 minutes or just one hour? She said to me, "I told you this a few days ago; you always like to do things last minute." It's not fair to judge people without knowing their situation.I can do without ur snotty remarks.

They’re rude. I walked in and wasn't even greeted. When I saw no one was talking to the blonde Hispanic lady at the desk, I walked up and she just instantly cut me off & said sit down I need to see him first and pointed at a man sitting down. Then another lady came and actually did her job and asked me if I needed help. She right away took me to my room. Something went wrong with my paperwork so l made a quick call, and waited a few minutes as the lady walked out. I walked out the room to the lobby to inform the lady I had everything resolved, but NO ONE was there. Then I was yelled at from a room and heard "you gotta stay in your room you can't just get out and walk in wherever you want." I literally walked to the lobby. I'm pretty sure it was the same blonde lady up front. Horrible service and I hope she gets written up for this review.

I had really bad experience front desk assistant was super rude with me and she been using bad words during conversations. I had to call the HQ to make the complaint against this location. They’re not respectful towards patient. Also the front desk assistant took my blood which was so hard and she left a hematoma in my hand had to send pictures to the HQ to make a compline.

Horrible front desk. They will overtalk, 'splain and suggest to have your spouse get involved.Go to Quest or anywhere else, for no other reason other than to use their competitor.

Horrible place, waited over 30 min with appointment and check-in and they still managed to put a wrong label on drug test and have to redo it now again. People there are clueless and do not care about anything.

I’ve only had good experiences here. The staff is warm and friendly, I’ve never had to wait long to see someone. They help with your insurance questions.

I just had some testing done at this location. Alissa (I hope I am spelling her name correctly ) was amazing. She is so kind and understanding. I wish there were more people like her in this world. Thank you again Alissa god bless you !

HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Did the wrong bloodwork on my 12 year old and sent them to the wrong physician. Impossible to get an actual human on the phone. Then when you call the corporate number, they are useless and tell you that its only for invoices and transfer you back to the lab where you end up in voicemail and unable to speak to a human. Do not bother leaving a message, because no one will call you back.

It's horrible how people who don't understand English are treated here. I went to the drugstore bathroom by mistake with my daughter who was going to take a urine test, and a woman knocked on the door in a bad way and told me some things but I didn't understand. Then she knocked on my door for the second time, then I understood that I was in the wrong bathroom because she spoke to me in a very rude and loud manner, very poorly educated, with my daughter next to me I told her 'I don't speak English.' I'm sorry, I don't now, She quickly told me that I am speaking English to her now, I tried to tell her yes, but I can't understand everything she wanted to tell me, and she continued speaking very rudely, from there I left.
