I‘ve always shopped at big box jewelry stores and this week I came across this nice gem of a place -no pun intended- Hislon Jewelry. The first thing that caught my attention was the selection of watches, but I was on a mission to buy a chain. Jeff greeted me and showed me the different chain styles and gave me a lot of information on the price of gold. I felt very comfortable and the quality of the fine jewelry was excellent. I definitely enjoyed my shopping experience and I won’t be going to a big box store anymore!

Hislon sells jewelry and a large selection of watches.They also have a specialist to service watches.More importantly the customer service is unsurpassed.This business is family owned and operated.I highly recommend them.

I was referred to Hislon by a good friend and originally came in for a small repair. They did it quickly and for a very reasonable amount. It got me thinking that perhaps I should look into getting some rings sized with them. I had reached out to other Jewlers the year prior and was quoted some crazy numbers for sizing three rings. One of the most popular Jewlers in town even told me one of my white gold rings was platinum. Oh boy I thought! I came back to Hislon with my rings and Jeff already remembered my name. Everyone did. I thought, what a lovely family wish that treats customers big and small like family! I started to get quotes to size my rings and saw the prices at Hislon were much more reasonable than I was quoted elsewhere a year before. I sized five rings in total and am very pleased with the results. I can wear my rings again! And they confirmed my platinum ring was white gold, as I thought it to be all along! I ended up upgrading the stone in my engagement ring with them as well as an early anniversary present and still return for purchases and repair work. I am so thrilled with the level of customer service, friendliness and support. If they don’t have what you are looking for on site they will get it to you fast or make it for you. I look forward to more purchases at this wonderful shop. Thank you Hislon!

Thanks again to Jeff and his staff for taking care of me as I made the biggest decision of my life.The presentation of this ring selection with the box that lights up not only was I impressed but my fiance was blown away by the most perfect ring that she's ever seen in her life.Not only did her eyes pop out like a cartoon character but everyone around us eyes also popped out.And that's how I knew that Jeff and I did a great job !!Every time my fiance opens the ring to put it up at night she believes that the box will sing and this is a song she hears.." The best customer service I've received from a retail store in a long time. Trying to surprise my wife for a special anniversary and Xmas with a nice one big gift. And these guys are top notch. Not once did he try to push me to purchase something. All he did was to explain each piece he showed me. Walked out with a gorgeous tennis bracelet. Thank you very much!
