Gennaro Jewelry store always does an excellent job. I have had several diamond rings worked on and I am so happy with the results. The rings never leave your sight. Roberto was the salesman who guided me through the process. Binh was the person who worked on my rings. He was never out of my sight and neither was my jewelry. I am so happy with the results. My family and I have been dealing with this store for many years and will certainly continue for many years to come. I highly recommend Gennaro's.

On May 31, 2024, I viisited your store, as I have visited many times before in the past. As always, the service I received, was exceptional. I would like to compliment a man named Nathan who helped me that day. I had brought in an assortment of some inherited jewelry that I wished to have appraised. He spent a considerable amount of time with me, and patiently, thoroughly and respectfully examined each piece of jewelry. He was able to give me some good advice as to what options would be open to my family and me should we decide to sell some of it. Nathan was very pleasant, knowledgeable and I enjoyed working with him. Thanks again, Nathan for your help and advice!!

I went to Gennaro’s and worked with Sean to have a new engagement ring made for my wife. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, We were able to have the setting made and the diamond placed while we waited which was great, since my wife was able to walk out with her new ring the same day. They were extremely professional, and their prices were competitive. We would gladly go there again!

I visited Gennaro Jewelers today with my mom. She needed a repair and it was our first time to them. Erin was very professional, nice and so patient with my mom. Thanks Erin! The entire staff was just wonderful and the repaired item look like new when we left the store. I would definitely recommend them. We really had a positive experience.

Frankie is amazing! I took a very special ring to Frankie today - a ring I did NOT purchase at Gennaro - he had repaired this ring before and had done a wonderful job. So when the ring needed another intricate repair, I knew the only person I wanted to help me was Frankie. Today I had the exact same experience. Angela greeted me, researched the history on the prior repair and got me right over to Frankie. Another great success - thank you so much!

Adrianna and the staff were absolutely amazing. I had my ring reset and sized and now it fits beautifully and looks STUNNING. The team is so responsive and trustworthy. We knew exactly what was going on every step of the way-from ordering a new setting & following your ring around in the store-the Gennaro team worked their magic. You really never take your eye off of your stone. 11/10 would recommend to everyone.

Gennaro Jewelers is the ONLY place to go for all of your Jewelry needs. I went in to have my ring fixed. All of the staff members were friendly and professional. Sean, Adrianna and Frankie, who reset my stone were amazing. I felt like they really cared about making me happy. I also love that they take special care of our men and women that keep us safe!

My diamond fell out of my 36 year old engagement ring. Angela was thrilled that I found my diamond & was so helpful and went over all my options to having it reset.Thank you everyone at Gennaro, you were all patient and answered all the questions my husband and I asked. The best part, my diamond never left my sight the entire time they worked on resetting it.

We brought a treasured family heirloom to be readied to pass on to the next generation. We worked with Nathan, who couldn’t have been more helpful, professional, and pleasant. He walked us through the process, every step of the way, and made us always feel Valued, respected and important. The project came out as beautiful as we envisioned. My wife and I had the pleasure to meet with their Gemologist Sean (4/5/2024)to evaluate several pieces of jewelry from my wife's collection. Sean was excellent, professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. We have been using Gennaro Jewelers for several years and they are simply a great jeweler to go to! That's why they have been in business for over 100 years!

Gennaro Jewelers are the Gold Standard of jewelers in the Nassau County/Tri State area. Their products are top notch and the staff is incredible. Cannot say enough good things about their customer service. Angela was outstanding with helping to find the right engagement ring. She was patient, caring, very knowledgeable and just overall a very kind and genuine person. I would highly recommend Gennaro Jewelers to anyone looking for a quality product with top notch service.

Love Gennaro Jewelers ! They have been there for 100 years, and after my experience yesterday, I understand why !!!Had a family heirloom watch and some rings with stones that needed to be resized. Made an appointment with my local jewelery store because their Jeweler is only in one day a week. When I went there they said I would need to leave the jewelery, so I brought it home to think about it.Then a friend recommended Gennaro. What an operation !!!The store is operated in a manner you (sadly) just don't see much any more.I was able to watch the entire time my jewelery was worked on. This is possible because they have an army of jewelers (and I mean army - I saw at least 7 jewelers and that doesn't include the staff in the back of the store).The staff is incredible !!! VERY professional and lovely to work with. (Shout out to Irene and Cindy! I would have given a shout out to everyone I delt with, but I didn't get all of their names).Everyone I encountered seemed to care greatly about the quality of their work. (When I tried to dash out, the watch person (shout out to her - sorry I dont remember her name ?) very professionally made it clear that she would prefer I stay because I needed to let the epoxy for watch's crystal dry)I now have my jeweler for life.Heads up though - I'm not the only one who feels this way. The store gets very busy so it's best if you get there early - especially on a Saturday.
