The reason it’s not only there but also doing well is because Tommy handles each customer personally, he takes his time to actually speak to people, find out what their issues are and then does what he does best quickly and efficiently to rectify them. Tommy is a true gentleman! And unfortunately, these days, there aren’t many of those left. Well, not in this case. “First time at Superior Electronics to fix a Yamaha powered speaker (DSR115). The owner, Kent, has been doing this for 30+ years. Pro-audio and TVs are his specialty. I didn't even know this repair shop existed so close to where I live.He offered to check the speaker out and bill me an agreed rate only if he fixed it. No diagnostic fees. His rates were reasonable. He said it would take a week.One day since I dropped it off and he's fixed it. Some caps were blown.Great first experience. Highly recommended. Thanks, Kent!”
