Unfortunately since changing managers/owners, their practices have not been honest. I had multiple issues with honesty here regarding what repairs I needed, and I am done with Dr. Jacks after years of giving them my business.

Absolutely fantastic, top-notch service and expertise! Elmer went above and beyond in assisting me after I purchased a used truck from a private seller. He and his team are wonderful to work with; they are efficient with expert diagnosis, honesty & professionalism, and flawless repairs with very reasonable prices. If I lived in Bellmore or even within 30 minutes, Elmer and his team would be my go-to shop - they exceed all expectations with peace of mind. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and fair mechanic!!

I’m from Queens and got stuck in Bellmore. Not knowing any mechanics or towing companies out here, I went to Google and did a search. Lucky for me Dr. Jacks popped up on the list. They assisted with everything including the towing and also fixed minor problems with the vehicle while the car was being repaired. The price was more than reasonable and the customer service was fantastic. The car was returned to me in way better condition than when it went in. Thanks again Dr. Jacks!

If you're looking for Quality Auto repair & Servicing for your Car , Look no more!!! A few years back I was looking for a mechanic to work on one of my luxury foreign vehicles. Lets just say years later I bring all of my cars to Dr.Jacks , & wont go anywhere else . The service is unmatched! The owner (Rich) is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet, & is always completely honest on what is needed for my cars.
