I see a lot of negative reviews and it sucks everyone else’s experience wasn’t good. But I must say that for the years that myself and my family have been going to this location for the pharmacy and just for buying, we haven’t had an issue. I am able to pick up medication for myself and family with no issue and staff has been fine. Are they the most friendly people? No, but they are straight forward with the job they provide and questions they ask. Never once have I gotten an attitude from anyone. The staff are helpful from what I have seen.

By far the worst CVS location I’ve ever been to. It was never good, but it has been slowly going downhill the last couple of years. The staff always seems annoyed when you ask a question, the pharmacy never has any stock on prescriptions, and the store is dirty and run-down.

ZERO STARS- THEEE WORST PHARMACY SERVICE AND STAFF. I have never encountered a bunch of incompetent and slothful staff thus far & that’s is including the lethargic pharmacist. Unqualified people. They all need to be fired including the pharmacist(s). AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LEAVE FRUSTRATED. You're welcome. Thank me later.

In the middle of a pharmacy transaction, they began to close the gate in my face because it was lunchtime. Why is it necessary that everyone go to lunch at the exact same time and even if you are there before the scheduled lunchtime they will stop dead in the middle of a transaction to leave as if it is an act of God.

I just spent over 30 mins on the phone trying to reach the pharmacy for a very specific question. I tried calling twice both times I was on hold for over 20 mins. I had to disconnect beccause I don’t have all morning to wait to speak to a pharmacist. I have called multiple cvs lications and I never had to wait this long. Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. On hold for over an hour on the phone. In person, after laughing together behind the counter they claim to be “busy”. Do not go here if you want your meds on time.

They all are so great at the pharmacy. Especially Mia! She gets the job done and cares about her patients. The entire staff works so hard in a small place that’s always packed with people.I have been going here for 2 years and they always go above and beyond for me. Thank you!

Only go here if you can accept long lines at all hours, surly service and pharmacists' refusal to process valid coupons like GoodRX and Optum (shown on CVS's own website). They brazenly tried to overcharge me hundreds of dollars several times for my family's RXs, necessitating more delays and unpleasant arguments in the store. Managed "care" (aka thievery) and Big Pharma/PBM collusion at its lowest.

Worst pharmacy. Time after time they fail to fill common medications in a timely manner (typical antibiotics take over 24 hours to fill), wrong information is provided about their stock, they don’t answer the phones and long lines/ wait times to pick up medications consistency can exceed 30 minutes.
