Today I came in with my two small children, and Marina was so helpful and friendly. As I was making my way to self check out because no one was behind the counter, she Asked if I wanted to be rung up. She did not rush me as I had two kids, wanting things and crying because I stopped walking (they hate when i stop the stroller) And she helped me bag my things, and told me to not worry and take my time. She was very friendly, she said hello to my children And she even looked at my coupons to see if I can use them for my second purchase. She’s an amazing employee!

Terrible phone system.I need to speak to pharmacy.they keep telling me to choose another choice,none of which is pharmacy. Always liked this CVS.

I started to use the pharmacy at this location because the one in North Bellmore at 2660 Jerusalem Avenue seems to be dropping the ball every time. Everyone in the pharmacy at the location on North Jerusalem is very nice. Just want to say thank you!

Staff have absolutely no idea what's going on in the "photo department". I know everything's gone digital but why even have a photo department in the first place. Might as well call it a "figure it out and DIY" dept.

I had a wonderful experience today at this CVS location. There is a worker there named Alex, he was extremely attentive and helpful. I was having difficulty and he helped me get what I needed. I overheard a co-worker said he will be leaving at the end of the week which is unfortunate. He is respectful young man that is a go getter. That is a big loss to this CVS Store. God Bless you Alex, I wish you nothing but the best in your new endeavors!

This is a good CVS overall; but there is one associate on the staff that bears down on people to enroll in the paid monthly savings program carepass and it is annoying! She has a whole spiel and even when you politely decline she continues her pitch! “She’ll go on to say well what if I tell you; you’re able to cancel right after this transaction. (UNBELIEVABLE) I understand the want to promote a program at your job but this goes beyond that; not to mention she allows the line to become long (4 people waiting) while she is selling carepass and will not call for assistance from her colleagues being that she is so focused on closing her carepass deal. This is unacceptable and I know I can’t be the first consumer to complain about this. Additionally I’ve seen a leader pull her to the side and explain that though carepass is important you must also promote service as we pride ourselves on our customers experience. The associate’s response: blatant disregard and she started to walk away! This needs immediate attention. Signed a customer who misses the quality hospitality and experience I received in the past at my local cvs

Cvs has always been our favorite pharmacy & drug store because of the personalized and warm care they always gave. The pharmacist Mia and the workers, especially Luca & Jeanne are wonderful, but they seem to be overworked and have less time to talk to customers when needed. Pharmacists are constantly being taken away and switched to other stores just when your getting to know them. I just don’t understand why things have to become so cold and uncaring now. My family & I are almost ready to move on to another pharmacy which makes me very sad.

I am giving a 5 star for this store only because of Matt, the Pharmacist. He is perhaps the best pharmacist I have had at the North Bellmore CVS for the last 4 years I been there as a customer...He has always gone the extra measure for me if I had questions or concerns; very friendly and professional; one of the few young pharmacists I have seen their over the years who take their career as serious as he does.Now the biggest issue I have is the pharmacy tech if they are licensed. I happen to be there yesterday to pick up my family’s medications. I needed help with other medications for it to be filled. It was around their closing time. I was at the register exactly by 9pm to pick up everything. Dale the pharmacy tech was so annoyed that I had a lot of medications. He kept on talking behind the counter “ I don’t know why matt did this now” and he was pressing the screen 100 times to show me he was annoyed. I stayed quiet. To your knowledge Sir, There are patients rights and I don’t mind going higher up if you’re annoyed. Sometimes you may have to go extra mile to help patients out. Thank you

I was shopping the other day.. I needed help Jason was right there by my side to help me with my coupons.. help me with finding an item he helped explain some items to me aslo... then Emma at the register also was a big help.... it's nice and refreshing to go into a store and know that when you ask a question you'll be taken to the isle and helped... thank you to both of them

I was there 3 weeks ago , I asked Claritin D , they told me they don’t have it on Monday , they said they are getting Tuesday . I went next day ask for it. they told me they don’t have it and I saw the coupon of the Claritin D ,I ask if you don’t carry why are you even have the coupon they said what’s the problem and then the other pharmacist asked what I’m looking for I told him I’m looking Claritin-D, and that they found the Claritin the under the counter. I have no idea why they’re hiding the Claritin-D.

Incompetent. I have to now cancel a procedure I need because these employees are wildly incompetent. The medicine I needed wasn't in stock, I waited 35 minutes on hold to speak to someone that said it was sent to a different pharmacy and that I could go right now to pick it up. I went, they never sent it over. I couldn't even call them again because they were closed for lunch. I'm not sure what kind of ridiculousness that is, what kind of children work there that need to all take a lunch break together? Do they get a recess as well?! By the time they're back from their coffee clutch it will be too late to take the medication and therefore I cannot have my procedure. Wonderful. Hopefully if I die I can sue these ingrates. It's ridiculous. A pharmacy should be professional, medication is not a joke, yet this entire pharmacy is a complete and utter joke. Crazy.
