Never leave business reviews but I had to for this one. These people are crooks. I had glue that I couldn’t clean off from my brand new jacket, showed it to them and they said they would be able to clean it. When I went to pick it up, the guy (owner)said that he was unable to remove it, but still managed to charge me full price. As a long term customer, he didn’t even have the decency to apologize or even give me a discount for not being able to clean it even a little bit. This guy is old, so you know he’s experienced enough in this field to know what will come off and what will likely not come off. So why not just tell me that from the start? The pricing is inconsistent and in the end, does not care if the customer is satisfied or not. Will not be returning again. HORRIBLE. Stay Away.
