I recently visited Maria at AURA for a color and cut, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. Maria took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered great suggestions to enhance my look.
The salon itself is beautiful , with a relaxing atmosphere that made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend AURA for anyone looking for top-notch hair coloring and cutting services. I'll definitely be returning!Such a pleasant salon you could spend the whole day there!! Color and cut were perfect!!!

I had gone to another salon. They did a terrible job. I went to Albert to have it fixed! He does a great job and I highly recommend recommend him!

I bring my 96 year old in for a haircut. We have been there a few times. The entire staff is always amazing. They are very welcoming, patient, and helpful. My mother is very happy. I can't say enough how they make my mother comfortable and how well we are treated. Thank you.

Very unhappy with customer service. I booked an appt well in advance for 6pm on Wednesday. I received a call that day my stylist was out. I called back expecting another stylist to keep a similar appt. I was told they were closing early now and I could cancel my Groupon. So basically they had no afternoon appointments and didn't feel like waiting for me. I had rearranged my work schedule that day to fit this in. Never felt like such a nobody before.

Not too happy with customer service. Was very happy to try a new salon and booked this on Groupon. I arranged my work schedule around a 6pm appt. I received a call the day of my appt my hair stylist was out and I needed to call for new appt. I called assuming they would give me a similar time with another stylist. A woman told me no and they were now closing early. I could come in right now but I was working. She then told me I can cancel my Groupon Well I guess I was just a big nobody at this place

The owner Maria is fantastic. This is my first time coming here. Even though I couldn't get the exact results I wanted but Maria was able to help me find something that was similar & yet beautiful. Her ideas are amazing. I gave my full trust to her hands & her work is just breathtaking. I recommend anyone who is in need of finding the right salon to come here. The services are perfect.

I went today with some mixed ideas of what to expect as I got a Groupon for a color, cut and blow-dry. Well, the place is so very cute, well decorated and doesn't feel like a factory. I was offered coffee, cappuccino and water and felt very comfortable. Chris did the cut/color and Lauren did the wash/blowdry and I am 100% satisfied and beyond. Both were incredibly nice, easy to talk to and extremely talented. I asked about their products and Chris (the owner) gave me some great information and was not in the least bit pushy or trying to sell what they had in the shop. I will definitely be back!!!!!
