It says it’s open 24/7. We walked an hour there and back, and it wasnt even open. We were extremely dehydrated, hungry and tired. Also one time some lady working there complained thinking we were stealing nachos. The machine didn’t even work at the time and the Nacho chip bags were open. We wont eat such horrid gone-through food. What does she take us for, raccoons? ?

The drink fountain - wanted fruit punch, so pushed fruit punch button, and it tasted like 80% SPRITE & 20% fruit punch - DISGUSTING ??
Also, cookies are not great ??
Will not return, drink absolutely disappointing ?

That is one of the biggest franchises in the world I had a flat tire I pulled into this place and I got to swipe my credit card to put air in my tire I should have pulled over it Mavis.

horrible scammed me and rang things up that we weren’t buying secretly and then yelled at us instead. and then they discontinued our reward app so that it didn’t ask us to rate the experience

Is so annoying i been going to this store for last couple years and they always at is so awful service they always have such a bad attitude i ama guy who work at restaurant and i never made complaints about what people order to eat i go there sometimes for a beer and they make such a f****** big deal this only the people who works at night just do you job i f i want advice I would go too church

Horrible customer service. I have had numerous problems with this store. They do not honor the prices that are listed in the app for the rewards. They would rather throw out coffee in the garbage then give it to you at the price that it is listed in the app.

Doesn't let the amazon workers who deliver packages to the locker in their store to use the restroom. The employee pretended he didn't understand me in order to say I couldn't use the bathroom.
