Friendly and helpful staff... but the store didn't have what we needed in stock and we weren't able to complete our business account transaction. TMo, get your phone support back in the US because your overseas call center is useless; even your store staff hates them.

Very unfriendly and rude staff. At two of whom were very argumentative causing my wife and myself to walk out in disgust. Do not recommend this store at all. There are many other T-Mobile stores in the general area of this one. Found one where my family, friends and colleagues will be going to.

Where do begin? A 23 year customer of T Mobile. It came to this: This Bellrose, NY store sold me 2 defective phones. A Motorola & Samsung (in a 4 week time period starting on 7/26/23. I went into this store on Sunday. The rep examined the phone- it's a sensor issue. She got frustrated with me and accused me of not letting her speak. I never said 3 words, I was friendly. She calls the manager over to handle. Which was no better. I walked out. The coldness and off putting manner was so awkward. Go to the Great Neck store. They are reasonable and mature.

Tmobile's customer service has really gone bad. The reps at this location like to stand around and not help anyone. They will try and make every excuse possible to not assist you and just try and get rid of you.

T-mobile is a scam if you signed up for a free phone promo in the last 2 years. There is a good chance that they added it to your plan and started charging you for a phone that was on your plan. T-Mobile is now changing there terms and conditions so you can't file a class action lawsuit with them they are now going to be able to sweep crimes and accusations under the rug without you knowing. By signing you u for a free phone then making you pay for it makes it look like more people on signing onto T-Mobile artificially driving up there market value. T mobile also refuse to print contracts or terms and conditions when you sign up. You have to agree and sign everything on there website. The same website the have access to change whenever they please. That means they can change your plan,terms, and contract all without your knowledge or permission
