Missing packages frequently. The post master never responds to concerns of efficiency. Some staff (not all) are very unprofessional. I'd rather pay a private company.

Delivery is not what it was since I moved here. We would get the mail pretty much the same time everyday and it would be your mail not others mail. My mail has gone across town to other mailboxes, to my neighbors and haven't received mail many times. This is unexceptable . The window agents are extremely helpful and pleasant. We are lucky to have them.

This post office has gone down hill over the past few years. Held the mail for vacation and can’t get them to start delivery back five days later. Won’t bring the accumulated mail to the house either. Customer service doesn’t exist.

Good location with nice people. Typically not much of a wait, unless you're here during lunch or just after opening or before closing.
