The notary never has her notary stamp available. Thankfully there is a Citibank in the same parking lot whose notary comes to work prepared. She's helped me several times.

Most of the employees in this branch are not knowledgeable and incompetent. The non teller desk representatives are so unhelpful to the tellers, they don't know their products and really need training. They push investments and simple banking is not the priority. What happened to Saturday hours??? Covid is over!!! Chase Bank in general has changed for the worst. All it is is convenient

super disappointed with their investment department. I went in to do some banking and spoke with him regarding some financial planning. I called THREE times, left one voicemail and two actual messages with a woman. When I finally went in again, the planner seemed agitated and said he didnt have a message from me. He also said the bank "doesnt have voicemail". Wrong. they DO have voicemail and I did leave a message. Bottom line, you don't argue with a client. You just allay their frustrations and then get the job done. I finally spoke with him this morning and he was very cold and unhelpful. Time to find a new bank.
