The company I work for spends a fair amount of money their asked them to make a key for us using are blank I was told no had to purchase one of there blanks or it would somehow void warranty on their machine sounds like they care more about making a few dollars more than keeping a customer!!

The value of having a local hardware store that's not Home Depot cannot be exaggerated and that ACE store in Bedford is as good as it gets. They have everything, they have tons of people ready to help you and everyone is incredibly polite.

I occasionally get to town to help a friend around his Bedford home. This Ace has plenty of staffing that have all been friendly, polite and helpful with any of my questions. The shop is clean and carries a wide range of hardware store type product. Most valuable is the guidance and advice provided to the DIY type person.

It may not be home depot, but it's not trying to be that, they're a wonderful neighborhood paint and hardware store with a good range of products and amzingly friendly, knowledgable staff. Highly recommend!

They do not open at 10 am they open when ever they feel like opening and the prices on tools and materials are way too expensive could go to Home Depot and buy double the things for their prices

I've been going to this location for years. Every. Single. Staff member, is friendly and waiting for their chance to help you. At the same time, when you're just looking around for ideas and don't necessarily need help, they'll leave you to your own devices. It's a great shopping experience, not to mention the huge selection of items they carry. Even after years of visits I'm continually surprised to find they carry something I didn't think smaller hardware stores deal with. Give them a shot, you wont be disappointed.

I came in today to pickup sleds for my 2 year old nephew and my niece. The guy at the paint counter was very friendly and confirmed that my sled was appropriate for my nephew and helped me pick a popular color sled for my niece. Thanks for going that extra step for me. The store has a lot of great stock and brands. My husband did not want to leave your store.
