I paid $150 for a complete cleaning inside and out and they left everything dirty and when I complained they didn't even give me an apology or a discount. better cancel the membership????

I just spent $21 and change for a car wash that clearly did not clean my car! There was no one there to pre treat like most car washes, where they not only wet the vehicle, but they also scrub it a bit to loosen any residue. When it was finished, there was no one there to direct you where to go or to dry the car. The cars were also really close together, so you were scared of getting hit. Once the man did show up, he barely dried it. I had to remind him to do the tires (I paid extra for it). Once I left and had the car home, the car didn’t even look clean! I had to redo it! This was a complete waste of time and money. Don’t bother wasting either one!

Scratch one side of your car kind of a car wash. Attendant at the entrance only sprays down the near side, loading one side of the car wash brushes with all sorts of fun to make some nice marks all over your paint.
Of course, they denied it and were incredibly rude. Avoid.

I had a great car wash and overall experience at Russell Speeder's Bedford location starting with the Greeter Kyle who was knowledgeable about the different wash offerings speedy and efficient. The car wash came great on the outside and the inside was done with great care. I will be back for sure!

Normally this place is good no problems. But last time I went, Kyle at the payment booth was extremely pushy and rude to me. Maybe he has a disability so I was patient at first, but he kept trying to sell me the membership package, but I nicely kept declining as I just want to pay for a one time wash . He wouldn’t let me move forward and it was really unprofessional. I understand they try to sell the membership but this time was ridiculous how Kyle was making me feel like I couldn’t get on with the wash and my day. It must’ve lasted 10 full minutes of arguing with him to let me pay once. I should’ve just left to be honest at that point. When he finally processed my payment , he was condescending again and told me “ you made a big mistake so when you realize the deal you are missing out on you can come back and realize I was right . I don’t know why you would make the decision you made”. Like I said normally I have no problems but this recent experience doesn’t make me want to go back anytime soon .

Showed up here on a quiet Tuesday morning. When I got the the front the person hard sold me the monthly subscription. I told him no, I just want to pay one time. He said no. I told him to stop wasting my time either run my card for one wash or I’m leaving. Without saying more he told the car behind me to back up and insisted I leave. Further, there was no manager to speak to.
Splash across the street is half as expensive with no hard selling nonsense.

My visit was late on Saturday. I had a complete was. They did a great job, you would think the car was detailed. They were very efficient. Much better than Splash, I was told at Splash that they don't clean the front cup holders, that would be a detailed job. Russell Speeders did the cup holders, the floor mats. Great job.

Waited 5 mins to get scanned and they refused to give me a pass because my old pass was damaged . The guy named Kyle Kylie was on his phone untill a different employee had to come get him then He gives me a hard time telling me he is the manager and I can’t get a new tag even though I am a customer for 2 years . He lied about being the owner and manager was trying to be a “tuff guy” until another gentlemen came to help me .

Great car wash- they’ve made many improvements since we joined last year. All the staff are wonderful and Kyle always brings a smile to our faces with his enthusiasm! Keep up the good work!
