Brian Prato and his daughter Samantha were fantastic to deal with when I had a problem with my vehicle. Very professional, responsive and understanding. Kept me informed and updated throughout the repair process. I highly recommend Pratow.

Awful customer service. The owners daughter is nasty and they did a horrible job on my repair. I wanted to trade in my vehicle recently and they took a $1000 off because they had to fix the terrible job they did. The paint job is bubbling !!

Pratow always is the best! Whenever one of our trucks goes down, they immediately respond and are ready to fix it. Also, thanks to Pratow people are always asking who customized our trucks to make them look the way they do. They work with you to make your visions comes true; I highly recommend Pratow- they're the best:)

As Safety Manager for a small trucking company in Rome Ga. I called & spoke to Brian here when one of my drivers alternator went out in his freightliner. Brian was very nice & helpful. He immediately sent 2 of his men to not only replace the alternator but make sure the drivers batteries were charged for safe travels home. I would highly recommend & will use again. Stay away, Brian and his daughter Samantha are thieves, they're rude and unprofessional, they hang up the phone on you. They doubled the quote of the original estimate without ANY authorization. The truck is not worth double the estimate, a complaint with the attorney general, better business bureau, and consumer's affair will be filed. They've received the majority of the estimate, and have doubled the original estimate and will not release the truck! STAY FAR AWAY! We will have to get an attorney involved, thankfully, I know a few, Mom was town attorney in Harrison, Dad was an attorney too!Services: Body & Trim

No stars if possible. Brian and his daughter Samantha are thieves, they doubled the estimate price they originally quoted without ANY authorization. The truck isn't worth what Brian and Samantha are charging. Stay away!!!!!! Otherwise you'll be scammed too.
