“This is the best CVS store that there is the staff are accommodating, mindful , prompt and the store is always organized and clean & well stocked with various items that you cannot find in ShopRite next-door. Bishop and the female brown skinned associate are very polite, accommodating, patient and customer centered. This is lacking in other Cvs stores I’ve been in. I enjoy coming here and will miss it when I do go.”

Besides filling prescriptions quickly and offering needed information, they have a large selection of homeopathic products. “Generally very happy. Never had any issues until today. I was only worried about one thing which was my insurance. I began a new job, so lost my old insurance, and won't get new coverage for 3 months, so was trying to stay on top of that today as I know that can be problematic around refill time, which it just so happens to be. I am fairly new to the pharmacy, and the system, so I did the online, but was not sure if that worked, so ended up calling to check to see cost, and when to pick up because also was not sure about timing. Was spoken to very abruptly and told "WHEN we refill it, it will be xx amount of dollars." Sadly, I feel like it just comes with the stigma of what the medication happens to be. I have worked in healthcare many years, so I see it all the time. Otherwise, the cashiers have always been so friendly, and helpful, and it really is a beautiful store. They have literally everything you could possibly need. Love their little candy section too! It's a great small town pharmacy, and a break from the big chains.”

For a disabled patient who needed flu and Covid vaccinations, but, because of the disability, would be unable to wait, and so would need to be vaccinated on arrival, the pharmacy volunteered to fill out the necessary paperwork in advance, over the phone, in order to expedite the process.”

“I go out of my way to go to this Rite Aid pharmacy. It’s rarely busy and the staff is amazing. I prefer this Rite Aid than the CVS and Walgreens around the corner from our home. Highly recommend coming here if you’re not happy with your current pharmacy.
Conveniently located next to a United States Post Office, hardware store, and plenty of parking!”

I've had terrible experiences at the CVS in Bedford Hills, NY and Mount Kisco, NY.
I've had incredible experiences at the CVS at 195N Bedford Road STE A, Mount Kisco, NY (in Target).
Irene and the team at CVS in Target—Mount Kisco, NY—should be recognized for always going above and beyond. If I had to choose one of the other two CVS options, I would find somewhere else to fill my prescriptions.”

“My husband and I have our non-mail order Rx sent here and have not had an issue with medications being filled. When one medication was out of stock they called and suggested a different way for the doc to write the dosing so it could be filled (two 5mg tabs instead of one 10mg). It worked and meant we got our meds the same day. I would love to give 5-stars, but the line to collect a Rx is seventh-ring-of-hell experience. I am on immune suppressants, and even though I mask in line, I am constantly surrounded by sick people coughing and hacking, waiting for their Rx. Not blaming the sick people, this is where sick people need to go! My issue is with the chronic understaffing. They will have one person on register at peak hours. The line can be 15-20 people long. I shouldn't have to risk getting sick, waiting in line for 30 minutes for my medication. I've tried going early morning, midday, just before closing, weekdays and weekends, and the line is always terrible.”

“Remember how pharmacies used to be? Well some of us do and this reminds me of one of them. Its clean and the staff friendly. They say hello when you walk in and offer to help. They carry a nice assortment of things you may need for daily life. What really differentiates them from other big brand pharmacies is they feel like they are part of community and they really care. That care permeates in all aspects of their business where it does not in others. As a result their store is cleaner and just much more pleasant then any other big pharmacy in all of Westchester. The prices are always the same as bigger stores in the area with a lot less of that general malaise you will find in big pharmacies.”
