Carrie and Faith are two of the kindest, gentlest, and most caring humans you can imagine. My dog has suffered a lot of trauma and they were so sweet and understanding of her. They accommodated all my special requests and the communication was very clear.

I cannot enough about how amazing and kind Lucky Paws Pet Grooming is. They go above and beyond to make my anxious dog settle in (letting me walk him around the back), and ease him into everything. The text updates are so appreciated, and they do the best job grooming your dog. And your dog comes out in the cutest bandana at the end.

Lucky Paws (formerly Pawfection) is my new groomer for sure! They are super accommodating and friendly. I’m always hesitant to leave my baby at any new place with new people. But he was as happy as could be! Martha picked him up as if she’d known him forever. (He’s a little bichipoo). Which also requires monthly grooming and maintenance! The entire staff is great and I really appreciate their help, support and most of all making me and my boy Charlie comfortable and happy :) he looks amazing and cute as ever. And their timing was amazing. He was only there for about 1.5-2 hours as opposed to 5-6. They called me 20 mins prior to him being done so he wouldn’t have to wait and he also wasn’t put in a cage. He was walking around in a safe, contained area, which I was so happy to see. Thank you again, to everyone at Lucky Paws!!!

I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. My dog is a scaredy cat! He loves Gisella and she knows how to comfort him and he always comes home beautiful!

They did a very nice job with grooming our bernedoodle however,I found them to be quite expensive compared to other options in the area (+30%) and a bit unorganized. They didn't give us a time for pick-up and only said they would call 15 minutes before she's ready making it very difficult to plan. For an 11am appointment our dog wasn't ready until 4:30pm which was too long. I didn't find the groomers there particularly friendly and it was obvious that our pup hadn't been taken outside nor given water. Disappointing as we had high hopes for this place.

amazing! i have a very old anxious dog and they were so wonderful and so accommodating of my situation. i had sara and gisella and they both took extra time and so much care to make sure my pup was comfortable and calm. they gave a full bath, haircut and nail trim and my pup left looking beautiful and feeling great! bring your dogs here!

Brought my DLH kitty who was a barn rescue with terrible matting to Lucky Paws and he is now so handsome and matt free! We are so happy and pleased with the service, price, and attending to my little guy! Highly recommended!!!! Call asap for your munchkins!
