I went there to buy a set of headphones for my son. I asked a few associates before I got the correct answers to where the item was. And then met an associate name “Hoaug” he had the most pleasant demeanor I’ve ever seen in the person, he was like a walking ray of sunshine. You’re so helpful extremely helpful. I can’t believe how much this guy went above and beyond to help me. Check out went horribly.

Good store .. at times it seems slightly unorganized but I believe it’s do to not having enough employees. That seems to be the problem at most places . Company don’t hire enough people because less people shop in stores and buy online. I prefer in stores
Khols needs to hire more people and make it more upbeat and I’m sure more people will shop there because it’s a good store

I asked to ge directed to the phone accessories. She directed me one way and then looked more carefully abd before I took more than a few steps, she found the kiosk that I was looking for behind her check out counter and nicely redirected me. Very pleasant and helpful. Look for Miss Pino!

Very nice place to shop. You could actually feel and touch the cloudy. Not like online photos that look good and when you get them home. The material is not nice or what you like. Their prices are excellent.
