TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! I gave 1 star because I had to. Went on a Wed "teaching class" for discounted highlights. $150 later and my daughters hair looks exactly the same as when we walked in, actually probly worse. The blow dry is so bad her hair looks like a frizz ball. No wonder they make you pay upfront. Owner says they see a "difference" and this was more for them than for us as if it were free. Granted it was about half price but still expected to see some difference. True waste of money and time. Don't waste your time and pay regular price at a real salon. DISGUSTING!! This is how they are "teaching"? to do mediocre work? I showed inspo pic at the beginning and they said "oh yes we def can do that" total BS. Pissed I wasted my time and money! When I walked in to see my daughters hair and asked what happened to her highlights front desk girl goes oh we talked about something different after you showed inspo pic, my daughter immediately said "no we didn't" why lie? As my daughter walks out same girl says "looks great" what a joke. I'm all for teaching but damn teach properly, isn't customer service and satisfaction part of the trade? See pics 5 min after they're "done". Curly pic were my daughters highlights done elsewhere before wasting our time and money. Went home straight to wash it!

I went to this salon on Friday and have waited a couple days to make sure I wasn't writing a review that was reactionary. I have curly/wavy hair and went for a cut only. The stylist I had was very sweet and I'm sure just doing what she was trained to do but I have never disliked a haircut more. I can't remember the last time if felt this unattractive after getting my hair done. I had very long hair which I was clear that I wanted to keep. I was also clear that I wanted to be able to wear my hair more consistently in it's natural texture and I just wanted simple cut to refresh my curls and tips on how to style. I was shown the amount that would be cut off - approx two inches. Significantly more than that is gone. Now I have about 500 layers. I have all of these angles in the front and the sides of my hair were thinned out at the top and there's a ton of volume at the bottom which is very unflattering to my face since I have a longer face. I had it blown out at the salon and then washed it to see what it looked like curly and then straighten it again - so far I haven't found a way to style this where it looks remotely flattering except putting it in a ponytail. It seems like I said what I wanted and then I just got a cookie cutter haircut that again is completely unflattering to my face and now I have to wait months for it to grow out and I definitely can't wear it curly. My best friend told me I look like a Duggar sister. LOL. If you would like to go here it is probably best to ask for the owner maybe that's a better route otherwise I don't think it's worth the money - unless you want to pay 130 to be sad.

Sadly, three is not always a charm. I went for my third time this year. I was charged $420 for my hair to be died dark with a few splotchy streaks. The splotchiness is concentrated at the time, which is what I would expect of I did it at home myself, not by a professional. I did not even get a haircut. I had this done before vacation and was trying to see if the orange tones would mellow out, but they did not I was told that 20 days was too long and they would not fix my hair. Now they have lost a customer. I had also sent my mom here twice and her hair was grey, and not blonde afterwards, as was expected. I hate to throw anyone under the bus in these times but such poor customer service and high prices I will be looking for a new place now.

They do not ever answer the phone you can't ask a question or make an appointment over the phone it's very disconcerting if you have a question to learn how long it's going to be for your process do not return calls will not go again

I had been going to this salon for years until they messed up horribly one day in more ways than one. You would think that they would treat a a customer, especially a loyal one with understanding and respect. I went there for years! Nope, not at all. Also there are tons more salons that do balayage so much better. I've already started going to a new place. HP- They claim to be posh and eco friendly and all that stuff but whatever there using is making hair look a funky color. A weird orange ish tint to it and also it fades so so badly and quickly. There terribly over priced and plain rude. Also the business model is a crock of **** saying there authentic and specialize in balayage. No, you guys are the worst. Also the parking situation sucks and there promos book up too quickly. Oh and if they offer you a glaze ask how much it is. I got a glaze put on my hair which they offered and then surprisingly had to pay an extra 40-50ish bucks. Oh and the receptionist sits at the desk and complains. Just don't go here, they should go out of business the way they treat customers.

Had a fantastic cut and an outstanding blowout by Kathleen at this salon. The proof is 3 weeks later I can still just wash my hair, put in a little product, let it dry naturally and it looks great! The salon is impeccably clean, and it's all eco friendly, which was a nice bonus. Highly recommend this place, and I'll definitely be going back.

My go to salon! Teo does an amazing job with cut and color. He shows restraint with highlights where other stylists might do the same thing to every client regardless of what actually works for each person. The salon has a unique way of creating texture that is amazing for my long mostly straight hair.

I got the tanino smoothing treatment done with Teo. He was very fast and knew what he was doing. It was my first time at the salon and I must say I had a very good experience.

I had a very bad experience at this salon Asked for ash blond to cover gray and ended up with brown Told Teo and was given ballayage which did not help Bill came to $520 Been crying for days until I went to another salon and had it corrected. After complaining, I was told weeks later I could come back for a re-do. Would you go back? My hair was too damaged from the first experience. BEWARE

I had a balayga hair color the first time was fine but the second time the appointment was screwed up so they gave me another beautician, Andrea I kept telling it was coming out to dark and it was burning. My hair came out so dark, and I had burning on my scalp for 10 days now I am losing my hair. I called the day after and spoke to Terry and I emailed them every week with a promise Hernan was suppose to call, I needed to know what chemicals they put in my hair. She was CLUELESS what kind of a manager is this. Also the one who screwed up my appointment in the first place. Well Hernan never called, Terry never responded to the emails or answer what was put in my hair so not only was my color off to a tacky orange brown blonde color but they wont even tell you want is causing this and now hair loss on the side of my head. I called again today and got TERRY on the phone and her answer when I demanded to know what was put in my hair and she HUNG UP THE PHONE. I have never had a problem with a hair beautician ever. This is a disgrace SO unprofessional. This business should not be in business and I am going to go file a complaint with the licensing board. RUN FROM THIS place unless you want to be bald. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE and read the other reviews with similar experiences.

My daughter and I both got wonderful haircuts! The layering and highlighting job is amazing and her hair feels so light and looks so shaped. All of the stylists are very talented, but I recommend Teo and Alexis specifically. He was her hair dresser and she was mine, and they both did an amazing job on our hair. We definitely plan on going back!

I purchased a Groupon for their eco pash. I requested a "subtle, not blonde balayage that would not start at the crown/roots." I questioned how long the dye was in my hair but didn't question after I was told more time was needed ...it turned out a brassy blonde. Some streaks also started from the roots. I wanted to love it but it was an uneven streaky job. The manager was very professional upon bringing this up and I went back to fix my hair. It was same stylist who had originally done the job, I don't understand why they would give me the same person. Long story short I didn't get the feeling that it could be fixed and I opted to dye my hair back. I ended up with dull almost black hair. Would have been nice to have been matched with my dark brown hair. I really wanted to have a change for the summer but now I am just more apprehensive than before. On the plus side, the haircut was nice and their dye is hair friendly with little if no damage.

I had a fantastic experience at this salon. Teo gave my wavy, thick hair a fantastic cut and ecopash (balayage). My hair is incredibly dark and had been hennaed. Teo was able to give me beautiful color and movement without using bleach! I am so happy to have found such a talented stylist and colorist. Definitely recommend working with Teo... I was done in 2 hours and there is street parking right up front!
