I just hate having to pick up my meds at the Bedford Hills store...always crowded, always a long wait. Recently l received a text that my meds were ready. However when l went to get them l was informed that they were not, so another wasted trip!

bad. Bad. Bad. There are always long lines and additional time required in the store because prescriptions remain unfilled additional customers from the now closed Katonah CVS necessitate additional staffing in the Pharmacy department. I would avoid filling prescriptions at this CVS until this problem is remedied.

Over worked employees are trying their best the pharmacy department needs help. They have three or 4 Tecs working but 1 working the register… they need another cashiers only doing that job.. they perform their responsibilities but they can’t handle the load who could! Not their fault.

Come in for your prescription along with a dose of attitude from rude and overworked pharmacy workers. Thanks CVS for shutting the Katonah store and understaff this place.

Went here today to get a cov 19 booster and was told that they were saving them for their better customers.

disappointed. the store has more staff then Katonah did plus drive thru. their systems don't seem to be synced - they had an address of mine that was 6 years old , and even though this being my 3rd trip rx was not ready. waited the night before for two hours - the pharmacist went to BH from Katonah . the the team supporting her is much to be desired . unorganized and one tech in particular pretty unpleasant

There is always a line for pick up and the staff is aggravated when you have a question. It appears the pharmacy is unable to keep up with the new customers following the closure of Katonah location.

On Sunday I went to this cvs to get a thermometer and covid tests. I asked the manager where the tests I could get for free were and he told me they didn't give tests for free.I went to the pharmacy and asked if I could get eight covid tests for my husband and myself for free and was told that had to be approved by my insurance company and of course it was.I went back to the manager and told him I got the tests I wanted for free. He said it wasn't free, my insurance company would have to pay for it.Anyone, with a modicum of intelligence or concern for their customers should have told me to go to the pharmacy, and if my insurance carrier approved the transaction, there would be no cost to me.He was completely uninterested in being helpful. He was arrogant, useless and has no business dealing with the public. The only reason I gave two stars was because the pharmacy staff was very helpful. If I were the store manager's boss, I would fire him in a heartbeat. If this guy treated me like that, I'm sure he is equally useless to other customers.

The Rx transfer from one CVS to another CVS location ("3 simple steps")DOES NOT work. Only took 2 MAX presciption #s provided on the bottles & upon clicking Continue-button, it doesn't go any further. After 3-4 attempts, proofreading w/ fine toothed comb, no results.

Severely overpriced. Nasty nasty helpers. Will never ever set foot in that place. But If you have a lot of money to waste, hey, go for it!

This CVS is painfully slow in all aspects. The pharmacy is an absolute joke, these people have no idea how to keep a line moving along. It seems they purposely seek out the slowest people possible for the job...

We went to cvs today for a pcr covid test. They said 1-2 days for results but once there (Thursday morning) they said we would be lucky to get results by Monday. Son goes to camp Sunday. Caremark urgent care promised results for pcr test in an hour.

Not sure what happened. I called the pharmacy morning of 11/09 at 10:37 AM. The woman was incredibly rude and cut me off when I was trying to provide information for her. Further- she told me nothing was available for me at this location or any other one regardless of the fact I've been receiving voicemails and texts regarding my CVS prescription. No help was offered whatsoever. This used to be a great location.
