Shopping at Country Willow is like visiting your best friend’s home and selecting your favorite items, perfectly curated to fit in your space, and then miraculously the items are delivered and setup for you to enjoy. Nowhere will you experience this type of relaxed, stress-free shopping experience. All of the designers are a joy to work with and know the products. The selection is terrific, without being overwhelming. And all the pieces are top quality. No put it together yourself particle board. These are pieces to last. The prices are surprisingly good considering the quality and level of service you receive.We recently purchased a new mattress and adjustable base. Jerilyn was incredibly patient with us as we laid on multiple mattresses. This was not a 10 minute in and out like a big box mattress warehouse. She guided us in what we should look at and gave us time to relax on each mattress. Sixteen years ago, we purchased our entire living room and dining room sets at Country Willow. All are still in perfect condition. We also purchased our grandaughter’s beautiful crib and bedroom set 6 years ago. Needless to say, we believe Country Willow is the only furniture store in the Westchester/Fairfield area for all your furniture needs. They are truly the Best of Westchester.

Country Willow is the best! We have been customers for about a year now since moving into our new home and have purchased many beautiful, well-made pieces from them. Everyone is always welcoming, professional, knowledgable, honest and communicative. Big shout out to Marilyn who has assisted us with many of our purchases and most recently, Kathleen who spent time visiting our home, taking measurements, preparing suggestions and guiding us with her impressive sense of design. Excellent delivery service, as well. Highly recommend Country Willow!

Really great experience working with Kathleen at Country Willow!I love the store's unique pieces, which a welcome change from big chain furniture store. It was especially great to have an in-home consultation by Kathleen to help measure and ensure that our new furniture layout, color scheme, and furnishings made the most sense for our unique room layout. We'll definitely be back for future projects.

I have worked with Country Willow over the years and have always been satisfied. I knew I would need a mattress soon so was very excited when they added mattresses as a specialty focus. The attention I was given from literally beginning through delivery (and removal of my old mattress) was exceptional. One expects sales and decorators will be aware of the importance of making a good impression, but this is not the case with every business that provides delivery. While I was unable to be physically present when my mattress arrived, we communicated via phone/video. Directions were followed perfectly, they were curtious and timely. I came home to a new mattress with all plastic removed and furniture in its proper place, and had a great night's sleep. The value of my purchase was expressed in more than simply the cost of an item, but in the service! I love country Willow!!!!

I really cannot say enough about my experience with Pam, and her co-workers, at County Willow. From the very first time we met, Pam offered her insights and design experience with no pressure. She patiently listened, questioned, guided, and suggested. She was a pleasure to work with on a large project, during a transitional time in my life. Pam's understanding of client preferences, needs and budget, combined with her eye for detail and design, make her the perfect project partner.
