Awesome customer service, Lisa was very helpful, in the beginning. Things went downhill very fast! They don’t help you, nor do they return calls even the managers. They fail to adhere to nys law!

Feliciano and Brian are great, both very sweet! They were able to accommodate letting me see the unit after hours! Units are clean too and a lot of freight elevators available for 2nd floor units.

Went in and was able to rent a storage unit and pack up my things within an hour. First two months are half off and the staff are kind and helpful!

Very easy website to reserve a storage unit. Friendly Victorin called me and pre set me up till I went to the actual Bedford facility and to see the unit. Once there, Lisa was very nice and helpful. So far all is good. One extra plus was a 2 month sale to rent for 1/2 price which really helps.

I rented climate-controlled space for about 8 months and was back and forth often. The place was always very clean and if I had trouble with a freight elevator, or a question, the staff and management always went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. I absolutely recommend US Storage on 34 Norm Ave. Great job!

The owner is so nice and accommodating! He made the process super easy for my mom and I, and also has a wonderful sense of humor, making us feel comfortable as soon as we walked in. Highly recommend!
