“This is the second time that my wife has brought a car to Deiana’s Custom Collision. The first time, she had a 15-year-old car that has now been replaced by a newer model. While adjusting to the newer, larger car, she scraped the front and slightly dislocated a front panel. After showing the damage to Steve, he scheduled an appointment for the following week. Since we live a half hour away, he said that she could wait while the work was being done, eliminating the need for a second trip. The car looks like new again and we couldn’t be more pleased! There are numerous body shops closer to our home, but the trip to Deiana's was well worth it, taking into account the workmanship and consideration we were shown.”

“I would give it 5 stars, the service inside is very good... but, I parked the car in their parking lot and crossed to buy a coffee and then go get some parts that I needed. When I returned to leave the coffee in my car, an employee arrived to tell me I claim to have parked there to shop at another store. The truth is that I went to buy parts, the coffee came out bitter. The parking lot is huge, enough for 50 cars, but they get angry and complain if one of them parks? I don't think it was a pleasant night last night.”
