There's nothing like walking into a local business, with no customers, and the two ladies at the register intentionally not greet you. I would expect this of the younger girl, giving her the benefit of doubt but not the older lady with semi curly short hair. The vibe was not it. Customer service not on par. I even went by the white wines and appeared like i needed help, because I did...and nothing. Guess I will be taking my business elsewhere. ✌️

Not impressed. Bought a bottle of whiskey labeled $33.99 on the shelf. They rung it up $44.99. I said thats not the price on the shelf. They went and looked and it said $33.99. Then the lady said thats for the other size. I said well all the bottles are above that label do you have the other size. No. No apologies. It’s either intentionally deceptive price labeling or the people that work there just don’t care. Either way, i’ll go elsewhere next time, maybe a big box store that can appropriately price products, and be sure not to support this local business.

I went last night to get a bottle of wine (about 5 minutes to close). I spent about 3 minutes in the store and purchased a bottle of malbec. The manager or owner of the store was incredibly rude. She kept stating that the store was closing, not that they were closed. She acted as if she did not want my business. She should work on her customer service skills. She was incredibly rude.

I will most certainly be back! They had an amazing selection of liquors that are not common everywhere else. I initially went in for one bottle, but I was so delighted with their offerings, I got several! Anita was so friendly and I enjoyed chatting with her as I checked out. She even said she would order a special gin for me! I can't wait for it to arrive. It was so cool to be in such a thoughtfully curated store. Well done!

Very nice little shop. Very friendly staff. Conveniently located to do food and gift shopping without having to drive to different places. They are decently priced from what I saw. They said they are working on bringing in more selections depending on what the community needs.

Doreen, Chris and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable, and super friendly. Wish they were still back at the old store, which was much closer, haha! However, it is totally worth driving to Vails Gate for us. The best!
