He quickly showed us a few options and when we had questions about towing capabilities he was happy to research and find the answer. We also stopped into Simmons Rockwell on Chambers Rd and the difference in customer service was astounding. We immediately returned to Ferrario. “This shop was in the right place at the right time. While in Corning with my wife, visiting from Maryland, literally in front of their shop, our van blew a spark plug.
We had just left the Corning Museum of Glass when it happened. One of their technicians came out to offer assistance and immediately diagnosed the problem. A couple of hours later it was fixed and our trip continued. We made it back to Watkins Glen and can look forward to enjoying the rest of our weekend again. Thank you all so much!”
“Lattimer's Garage is actually Andy's Garage. Don't judge a shop by how it looks. If Andy doesn't have the experience or tools to fix something, he knows someone who will help. He put our car on his lift so he and my husband could have a look at the problem. We went on our way with our car and, while we waited for the part to arrive, Andy found someone to help us. He took us there the next day. Steve fixed the problem and we continued on our trip with a safer car. Thank you Andy and Steve!”

“About a month ago I had bought a new tire through there company and I had them exchange the bad tire on my car with the new one after that I haven't had problems with my passengers rear tire leaking air staff was very friendly and the work was done in a timely manner The price for the job was somewhat prices but most things these days are especially if you want the job done right ✅️”
“Had a flat tire not even a half a mile, basically across the road from their shop, had a spare but no jack or lug wrench, called in Hopes they could help me out with the tools, I even offered to change it myself, but of course they had a deadline on something more important. My wife is pregnant and we had to wait on the side of the road for AAA. This shop does not care about their community nor the civilians. I strongly advise you not to use this shop, they were extremely rude to me on the phone and customer service is the least of their concerns.”

“Drove a classic car up for the vintage racing, had a weld break on the shocks. We thought we wouldn't be able to get it fixed a few hundres miles away from home. We found Parmenter, talked to Terry, said he'd take a look and let us know between customers because they were busy. Three hours later we got a call back and they were able to weld the piece back and checked our other shocks too. We're not able to recomend much in this area from where we are from, but will always recommend this shop.”
“It's worth it to go a little out of the way for the expertise at D@T Custom Auto. Our truck had an engine light with a 6 cillinder misfire. We only needed a tune-up, and that's all we got!”

“He did great work at a great price. While some places are charging over $100 per hour, his posted rate is $85. The guy is honest as the day is long. Also, he's a really nice guy too. I asked him why he works the hours that he does and he said that his wife works second shift and he gets to spend more time with her if he works the same hours. That alone tells me that he's good guy who loves his wife. I highly recommend this guy. I've been to him more than once. I wanted to see if my initial experience was the norm or not. Every experience was the same. He was courteous, professional and quick. He will definitely get all of my business. I'd give him 6 stars if I could.”
“Brought my m4 here for a bunch of upgrades. Jillian was quick to respond when I had questions. The work they did looks clean and top notch. Skylar is an absolute boss at loading and unloading cars from the enclosed trailer. Don't think I've seen anyone do it as quick as he can do with zero assistance. I can't wait to drive my car when the weather gets better. I will definitely be bringing my car back for any future work and would recommend them to anyone.”
