I know from past experiance owning several Ford Vehicles that they are in my opinion one of the best looking and running Vehicles. “This shop was in the right place at the right time. While in Corning with my wife, visiting from Maryland, literally in front of their shop, our van blew a spark plug.
We had just left the Corning Museum of Glass when it happened. One of their technicians came out to offer assistance and immediately diagnosed the problem. A couple of hours later it was fixed and our trip continued. We made it back to Watkins Glen and can look forward to enjoying the rest of our weekend again. Thank you all so much!”

“I purchased a used Dodge van at Williams Honda 6 years ago, along with a Warantee. The service department at Honda is now able to work on any make or model, so after having nightmare service at other places, I brought my van to Honda. They were WONDERFUL!!! They made the whole process so simple for me, whereas in the past, other service places have kept my van for 9 weeks with little or no communication about the process. Annie, the Manager and Cuu, the technician were SO helpful and communicated everything that needed to be worked on and what was covered by the warranty. They did the job in one day and because it was going to be a long job and possibly overnight, they gave me a loaner! I will be bringing my van for service to Honda from here on in. I'm so grateful to all of the staff for the way I was treated and helped. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Honda serviice department to everyone, not just Honda owners. Thank you all!”

“Had a flat tire not even a half a mile, basically across the road from their shop, had a spare but no jack or lug wrench, called in Hopes they could help me out with the tools, I even offered to change it myself, but of course they had a deadline on something more important. My wife is pregnant and we had to wait on the side of the road for AAA. This shop does not care about their community nor the civilians. I strongly advise you not to use this shop, they were extremely rude to me on the phone and customer service is the least of their concerns.”
