Bathrooms are clean and working ( when they are open) , (HUGE) gravel parking lot very rough ground, lots of picnic tables with grass and shade, beautiful surrounding trees , hiking trails intersect here, in background what looks like a dumpster graveyard.

Was so happy to see Bear Mountain Native American Celebration on July 13,2024. Worth visiting with the whole family. Very inspiring to talk to native Americans and see their way of living.

Was up for the Red Hawk Nation hosted Bear Mountain pow wow. Had a great besides it being 90 degrees. Another well run event with plenty of dancing and vendors. Plenty of picnic tables around the circle (field), but bringing your own chairs is encouraged
