“I’ve been hearing this rattling in my Camry for a few months. Took it to Toyota and they quoted me $3000 for new struts, top mount and sway bar. Took it to Fishkill Tire and Auto and asked if they could price me out. Bill said, “Let me take it for a drive first.” Within a few minutes he said, “that’s not the top mount or the struts. I think it’s coming from the brakes.” Lifted the car up and sure enough, the people that installed my brake pads cut them too short. It was the brake pad rattling! $140 and I was out with a car that no longer rattles! They just made a customer for life.”

I would love to take my car to them and have them take a look at it and fix it for me. They seem very reliable ?”

“I stayed at a hotel and came outside the next morning and car wouldnt start. I called Renato at Alltow for a jump. They arrived before estimated arrival. What we thought was going to be a simple jump, turned out the car needed more than just a jump. Renato towed my car back to the shop and stayed late finding the problem and fixing it, helping me get my car back on the road and charged me fairly! “Recently my GF's son bought a vehicle on long island. He is 23 and perhaps to enthusiastic. Against my advice we took him to LI to pick up the truck. We live way up in upstate NY. Wouldnt you know it the truck broke down half way. I needed a tow , I needed somebody, cause i dont know anybody near Newburg anymore. He came got the truck and did everything he said he would do. I had to leave it for the next day. And MY tow dolly broke down the next day. Still he worked with me- having infinite patience. If you break down around Newburg, NY call these guys.”
“Had a fender bender and my bumper popped out pretty bad. What I didnt know was that my radiator and condenser were also broken inside. He could have just patched up the bumper and call it a day; but he was honest and thorough and fixed everything that he said he would. Looks brand new and he even shined my tires :). Only thing I’ll say is he could have been a bit more polite/patient with me on our last phone call…. But despite that he did a good job and I would recommend his shop. Thanks!..”

“Otto's did what the local dealership refused to do, went the extra mile to find the incredibly hard to find parts needed to finish fixing my car. My insurance company took forever to get the adjuster out to inspect the vehicle, the dealership took forever to get the parts but Otto's got the car put back together as soon as the parts came in and looking like nothing ever happened to it.”
