When I came to the office to inquire about the parcels' whereabouts, she was incredibly kind and quick to help us figure out a solution. By the next day, our items showed up on our doorstep. “The FedEx is in in Walmart, and does get busy. But the employees are courteous and do their best to speed up. Desiree is an associate working here and she is very helpful. She was managing some of the disgruntled customers who were not happy with fedex prices for overnight shipping with a smile. Not her fault. The location also has printers for printing and is stocked with supplies. Highly recommend this location.”

I’ve been waiting for over two weeks for my package to leave IL, and I received it less than two hours after New Windsor post office received it from the area distribution center. Can’t thank them enough for their impeccable service”
