“I have recently needed to visit the beacon post office. On my 1st visit on Saturday 11/5/22 we had an excellent experience with the clerk who helped my wife complete a transaction for a passport. The clerk was patient, helpful and professional! Today, 11/8/22, I had to return for my passport appointment. Again... but with different employees, I was left amazed by the clerks professional and helpful demeanor. Gus called out another employee to help me with my appointment. The clerk who helped me was amazing, kind, Personable and thorough. Every service oriented agency should be taking lessons from these employees . Amazing experience, keep up the great work!”

“The staff working at the print shop counter are so kind and helpful. My marketing always turns out perfect and finished faster than expected. I really like being able to see my work on their screen and to feel the paper/product texture and weight before I select. Emailing my documents is easy also. I used to use online services and now I only use Staples. Prices are great, just as inexpensive as online retailers, and no shipping! Fast, easy, and I love the staff at the wappingers location.”

“Staff is always patient and helpful. But the location is small. Located on a tine strip mall, there is never enough parking with other stores sharing spots, need to be carful pulling out of parking. The store itself, is small. Poor employees are surrounded by boxes. Hoping the find a place larger, like across the street in the Shoprite center - more parking available. Otherwise, wonderful people.”
