Love this place, incredible selection of curated olive oil varietals and aged balsamic vinegar. Really sweet and delicious. I use the white champagne balsamic for salad dressings, and I put a tiny dab of the 25 year balsamic in my sauces to sweeten and add complexity.

Amazingly artisan vinegars! The owner is super helpful and gave us great ideas to use these most delicious condiments. I highly recommend trying the wonderful delights in this store!

a great stop in Beacon. the woman who helped us co-owns the place with her son if I recall correctly and she was so knowledgeable about all things olive oil and vinegar. we purchased a picual olive oil that was DIVINE as well as the cask aged balsamic vinegar. if I ever go to beacon again I am definitely stopping in.

What a sweet little shoppe! There are so many vinegars and oils to taste and choose from, with conveniently sized and well priced refillable bottles. With a warmand inviting atmosphere, as well!

Great store with quality products. Donna is always very helpful suggesting how to use the various oils and vinegars. Bring the bottles back to save on the cost per ounce. Store also has other favorites such as Harney and Soms teas and pastas.

They can describe every flavor profile of every product in their store and offer you tasting opportunities along with valuable notes. Their olive oils and vinegars are delicious. I wanted to buy them all! My favorite is the Espresso Premium Balsamic (Vinegar) Condimento & Nocellara del Belice EVOO.

We took a tour of this establishment and learned so much about oil and vinegar. We love everything we bought. I recommend the Cranberry Pear condiment. It's delicious. We are already planning our next trip to refill our supply.
