Chris seems like a great guy and very open to help. It seems like he runs a one-man operation and he is not affiliated with any company so he may not have the parts or skills that the dedicated samsung or apple stores have. That being said, he was able to fix my Samsung Zflip4 when many stores told me they didn't do work on foldables. In addition, he was able to get the parts within a few days and get the repair done within a few hours. He was very communicative throughout the process and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted done. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here for help.

I recently visited Veritech Phone Repair after my phone was damaged overseas with the military. Upon entering the store, we were greeted by Chris, who immediately made us feel welcome. While we were looking into our phone model type, Chris checked up on us regularly, ensuring we had all the information we needed. His helpfulness throughout the entire process was commendable. Chris took great care of us, and I left the store with my phone in perfect working condition. Highly recommend Veritech Phone Repair for their excellent service!

Phone screen was cracked beyond use. Thought I was going to have to buy a new phone. Chris was able to order a new screen and replaced it. Phone looks brand new! Professional follow up, fast service and convenient location.

Javier was great! My laptop screen started glitching a few months after I let my AppleCare expire and Apple wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount to replace it. He gave me a very reasonable quote and replaced the screen in less than 24 hours. Now it works as good as new! He also fixed a minor issue at the charger connection without charging me anything extra.

I had the most pleasant experience w Chris the ? techie. I had been hacked recently and needed my ? wiped clean among other things. Kris was friendly, patient, compassionate, and professional. He worked in a methodical way and explain each thing that he was doing to me in a language that was very understandable. He's highly skilled and up-to-date on all the latest techniques. I would highly recommend Chris and this company to family and friends. Finally I just want to say that in spite of the nightmare of hacking and all the issues due to it, I had a wonderful experience at Veritech and my mind was put to ease. Very supportive environment.

Dropped my iPhone and the screen went black. Completely panicked. Found Chris at Veritech online. Easy to park. I walked in just after he opened. He greeted me with a smile and asked what the problem was with my phone as he was serving another customer. I told him and he gave me a smile and a quote and said he'd be with me in 30 minutes. Twenty minutes later he's fixing my phone. His manner put me completely at ease. It's his shop and he knows what he's doing. He takes pride in his work and in helping people out. I was on my way within an hour with a new screen for a very reasonable price. I'd give more stars if I could.
