Jenny Sirilus was extremely helpful when I was getting married in helping me select my wedding dress. She was very patient and enthusiastic with the whole process. It did not take long to find my wedding dress. The selection at the store is not overwhelming, but at the same time a variety to choose from. Showed up for my appointment today and no one was there. Someone from the shop called me 4 minutes prior to my appointment but said nothing about canceling the appointment. Very disturbing experience I was highly upset. I will not be be making another appointment with this shop. Very unprofessional

First off...it was raining..then the lady was 15 min late..so I had to wait for her to turn on the lights and remove display case covers. I was in this tiny room that I'm convinced was a storage closet. She barely helped me put the dresses on. And the dresses I tried on were dingy. I left and cried.
