I am so incredibly grateful to David at Hyperion Jewelers for how he handled my late grandmothers class ring. I’ve had David at Hyperion resize once and fix my engagement ring when the top part of one of the prongs got broken off. He also recommended Jewelers Mutual coverage to insure my set which I really appreciate. He is always so sweet and professional and finishes the job very quickly. I recently bought a watch from David at Hyperion and he went above and beyond at every step of the process. The day before we planned to view a watch, he texted to inform us that another buyer had put a deposit down. We still decided to go in to view the watch and while there, David offered to find us the exact watch we were looking for. He was able to get the watch in and ready for sale in under a week. I brought my original engagement ring into Hyperion (David) to help us with a repair. I was concerned about my original setting, and David helped us find and make the decision to go with a new setting for my ring. His customer service and attention to detail are exceptional!
