I have lived in Hudson View Park apartments for four years now and counting! I absolutely love it here. The maintenance staff keeps the grounds in amazing condition and take very good care of the hallways and entrances to the apartments. They are quick to address anything that needs to fixed and there’s never a long wait of weeks to get anything fixed like other places. The staff in the office are very friendly, professional and informative. They get back to you usually the same day if not the next business day and the have many events for tenants like yoga, pool parties, and bbqs.
I would recommend this complex to anyone! If you rent here you won’t be disappointed.

I recently moved into a 1-bed, 1-bath unit at Hudson View Park Apartments, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The rental office team is fantastic, especially Michelle, who helped me with move-in arrangements and resolved all minor issues with the apartment. The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and offers a serene living environment. It is equipped with a pool, a children's playground, and basketball and soccer fields. I highly recommend Hudson View Park Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

Hudson View is a great starter place to land in Beacon. It's an 8-minute drive to Main Street, has plenty of parking, and the community pool is resort-style. I moved in 3 weeks ago and am pleasantly surprised by how much I love it. They offer free yoga during the summer, and parties, and there's so much greenery and trees that it doesn't feel like you're living in an apartment complex. All utilities are included except electricity (even internet), and the staff are friendly and helpful. I'm really happy with the decision to move here.

When we first moved into this community, we were extremely disappointed with the poor construction of the unit we were living in. We could hear all the noises from our upstairs and downstairs neighbors. Additionally, one of the neighbors was trying to create trouble for us. After we brought these issues to the attention of the management team, they were very understanding and genuinely tried to help us. Initially, we decided that we wanted to move out because of all the problems the neighbor was causing. The management team was very helpful and understanding and waived the early move-out penalty for us. After searching for a new apartment for a week, we realized that finding a new acceptable place was more difficult and time-consuming than we had expected. We returned to the management team and asked if we could switch to a new apartment (which they had initially offered, but we had not accepted). Despite us telling them we wanted to move out and rejecting the offer to switch apartments, they agreed to let us switch to a new apartment without any transfer fee (due to the issues we were facing in the previous unit). They were very helpful and collaborative, moving us to a new unit that has much more solid floors and is quite peaceful. They turned our awful experience into a very positive one through their commitment to making every single tenant happy (according to what they told me in one of our discussions). All in all, if you are lucky enough to have respectful neighbors, you will enjoy your life here. It's a very beautiful place with a reasonable price and a committed management team.

I'm a brutally honest person so I will tell things as there are. Nowhere is perfect, but in regards to the management, these people are AMAZING! I've never cared so much about property management staff. Rosalyn N. and Michelle R. are the most stellar staff members. They were always there for us whatever we needed. Extremely helpful, I'm not sure why anyone would say anything otherwise. The lawn was kept up nicely, snow always plowed in winter and maintenance would come when we requested. If you pay your rent on time and do what you need to do as a tenant, you should have no issues.
In regards to the apartments, I'm from a state where the standard is bit more modern, the washer/dryer is in unit and there is centralized AC so I won't say I was in love with the apartment. But if you are into aesthetics as I am, I would say pick an upgraded unit, they're beautiful. We just didn't have one! :/
Again, as far as the staff, they are amazing, NO COMPLAINTS! They even have amazing FREE 99 events planned during summertime: zumba, yoga, wine tasting parties and ice cream! Who doesn't love that! If I'm ever back in the Hudson Valley, I'd consider coming back..just for that! LOL

I have lived at Hudson View Park for almost 3 years. The office staff is friendly and caring, especially for your living needs. The complex is very clean and well-maintained. The Maintenance Staff are all friendly, timely with requests, and accommodating to your needs. There is a sense of community, with the dog walking groups and the activities, like yoga, ice cream socials, and pool parties! I would recommend living here if you value community and great people to rent from!

My experience at Hudson View Park has been nothing short of exceptional, largely due to the incredible management team, particularly Sandra and Rosalyn.
Sandra and Rosalyn make an unbeatable duo, dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service. Their commitment is evident in every interaction, from their swift responses to their genuine desire to assist residents. Their tireless efforts have truly made Hudson View Park Apartments feel like home.
If you're seeking more than just a beautiful apartment – a supportive community and an exceptional management team – I wholeheartedly recommend Hudson View Park. You won't find a better place to call home.

My husband and I moved her in April. The process was extremely easy and fast. When we arrived in Beacon NY we were in search of a new home due to my husband's job promotion. So, finding a place ASAP was crucial. We stumbled upon this place, and Sandra Fuentes ended up helping us through the entire process. It was toward the end of the day for those working in the rental office and she made time for us to view an available apartment. She was nice and extremely accommodating. I really appreciated how she answered so many questions before we even had to ask them. Showing she cares and is good at her job. She got the application to us quickly. My husband and I fell in love with this place quickly due to its quiet and homey environment. Any time you send an email out, someone answers you within the same day. Everyone in the neighborhood is extremely friendly and welcoming.

I had a great experience living in the complex, and technician is helpful when something breaks down and any complex issues aswell. There is a pool to cool off in summer and can make barbecues and play basketball, soccer with your friends

My husband and I moved into our first apartment here 8 years ago. We’ve had 4 different units in the complex, starting from a studio, to a one bedroom, a two bedroom, and now a 4 bedroom townhouse, each in different locations within Hudson View. We’ve had good experiences with every apartment. We don’t typically hear our neighbors through the walls and overall the complex is relatively quiet. Appliances have been reliable and quickly repaired or replaced whenever needed. Everyone we’ve spoken to at their leasing office through the years has been a pleasure to work with. They have always been responsive and supportive with any concerns. Maintenance is quick and goes above and beyond whenever we’ve needed help. They are professional, friendly, and make you feel at home. The grounds are kept clean and well cared for year round, and they’re great with salting, plowing, and snow shoveling in the winter. We’ve had multiple friends move here by our recommendation and they have all been happy here. Would definitely recommend Hudson View as a good place to live in the area.

One of the worse places to live. Their business practices when leaving an apartment is unscrupulous and unsettling. I would highly recommend to look any where but there!
Allowing to sublease for a lease that was ending in 45days is a huge reach. I had been a loyal tenant for over 3 years and as indicated by the response of management received no complaints. It was a small window of opportunity to find someone to sublet for one month. They did not even have the courtesy to paint for the tenants and had them sign a sublease for one month and a 1 year lease. I professionally had the carpet clean for the new tenants which the management team declined to perform. The management team held my deposit and received the deposit of the individuals who would sublet. I eventually received my deposit. It was an extremely distressing time as I was moving out of the state which I mentioned to the managment team. I have lived through out the United States and am very familiar with rental laws. This location by far has the most unscrupulous practices. I have encounter three additional people who have had similar experiences. Our shared experience was not pleasant. Stay away from this location. I am sure it will be an additional response from the management team- I have received a call on 4-11-2024 from the management team- I declined the call. I wish they would put more efforts in being amiable toward tenants than looking for ways to discredit one's experience. To all that read this please take care of yourselves and your families.

We signed a 3 month lease on a nice apartment but then our plans changed and we had to cancel. Michelle was understanding of our situation and guided us through the process of canceling. She was very gracious and professional and the changes were made to the satisfaction of everyone.

The other reviews posted are correct and I personally can confirm corrupt business practices and unethical behavior. Next door is a JW community that relocated from Brooklyn. Monica Binder left a review stating that they erase reviews. Yes, it seems they have control of the reviews and only allow 5 star. The place is a scam and is full of drugs and crime. They pressure you to sign leases and show a model apartment that may not reflect your living conditions. We had a horrific experience while living there.

Pros:-As crazy as it may sound, the rents here are your among your best bet affordability-wise in this rapidly gentrifying area.-The grounds are kept absolutely meticulous, you would think you were living at the White House (until you step inside, that is)-They accept most pets (with an extra surcharge of course)-The balconies are a nice touch.-They include heat & hot water in the rent.Cons:-The weekly lawnmowing/landscaping starts as early as 6:30 am-The walls in the apartments are paper-thin, meaning you can hear every single neighbor around you & cannot hang anything up without it falling out. Due to the cheap construction, your experience living at the complex will be largely based on who your neighbors are, as you will hear them all from your apartment. We had an upstairs neighbor who smoked cigarettes inside, purposely stomped on the floor and screamed racial epithets daily. Each incident was documented & sent to management, who did nothing about it.-The management is inept & asleep at the wheel when it comes to doing their job. Within the first month, the dishwasher stopped working completely & our refrigerator was leaking about a gallon of water a day onto the floor. The maintenance team replaced the dishwasher immediately & told us “all of the refrigerators here leak like that”. When I told the management about it, they told me in their exact words, “you just got a brand new dishwasher, that’s as good as you’re gonna get.” Brilliant.-They charge a non-negotiable $65 amenity fee for a pool that was closed for 75% of the time that I lived here and a basketball court that is crowded regularly with people who do not live in the complex. The pool requires you to pre-register online for a “2 hour period only”.-Several of the laundry machines located in the basement of each building are filled with mold, and after having several of my clothes ruined, I was told the machines are from “an outside vendor” and they would be contacted. More than a year later, the machines have yet to be cleaned/replaced.This complex is a good choice if you are never going to physically be there or as a “last resort” the rent goes up at least $50 every year and there is little benefit for the price you pay. I know several people that live in the surrounding complexes in the beacon/Fishkill area who do not deal with a fraction of the issues I went through in my 2 years of living here, and roughly pay the same amount in rent as I did. I’m sure there is worse out there but definitely proceed with caution if you are thinking about moving here.

I moved into my apartment in August and couldn't be happier! Love the social events they do each month and everything is well maintained. If you need anything, the leasing office and maintenance team are great. Being an AGM of a local hotel in the area, I appreciate the efforts they put in to make everyone happy enjoy living here!
