I went to the Chevrolet dealer to buy a new Traverse. The salesperson was very nice, until we went to take the truck out for a test drive and came back to her with another customer which ultimately made us wait another hour to be finished. Don’t feel like if I’m buying the vehicle I need to be in showroom for 6 hours. Then as we were inspecting vehicle before signing paperwork we found a scratch in front bumper and they just threw touch up paint on it. The real reason I’m writing this is because the Finance guy did not inform me that they were going to charge me 3% on top of the 10k down payment for putting it on my credit card after buying a 50k dollar truck. There was no signage stating this and he did not say anything when I handed him the card. This is ridiculous to do to your customers. If I was told this I would have used another form of payment.

Very poor service i.have never had such poor service my vehicle has been there just about a month for a ac issue I made 4 phone calls to them as well as the service manager and all I get is lies I have called other repair stations telling them this and they told .me bring it in I will have it fixed for you in 2 hours how many other customers at Healey is going through this such poor poor service I feel.like filing a complaint with D.M.V. good luck with this dealership is all I can say

My dream of driving a wrangler became a reality today! Thanks to the incredible Ed Finn! We can’t say enough about how accommodating and helpful Ed is. An easy, stress free transaction. Not typically words you hear when being told stories of getting a new car. I will send everyone I know here! Chris, Tom, and Mark made this the absolute easiest and stress free car buying experience in my life. From the time I walked in until the time I left, I was well taken care of and respected. Any questions or concerns I had were answered HONESTLY and immediately. Handed over our leased Toyota and left with a new car in no time at all. I’m happy to say I am a Healey Jeep/Dodge/Ram/Chrysler customer for life from here on out. 5 stars isn’t enough for this place.

I always hate the typical car dealership experience and honestly just stopped in to test drive a used Jeep Grand Cherokee I was planning to by on Carvana, which I had been shopping around on for a while.
I was greeted by Tom Simek who got me set up with the test drive. He asked if I wanted to hear an offer, and I was very honest that I didn't want to plat the whole "game" and just wanted the best deal they could do. They immediately got very close if not the same type of deal I was getting from Carvana. When I was still hesitant, Tom went back one single time and came back with an offer that gave me $1.5k more on my trade in than Carvana, and since they are a direct lender from HVCU, the financing and monthly payments were much better than what I was getting online... So I took home the car the next morning!
Tom played fair, communicated every step of the way, and at the end of the day I'm super happy with my vehicle AND the deal I got. Faith restored in the dealership experience!

Wasn’t expecting to get a definite answer on that day that I came in, but he worked with me through the whole day until closing time .
