Was my first time at this Verizon location & I cannot say enough good things about the service. I showed up the morning after taking a bad fall on the concrete & smashed my entire phone. Andy was amazing, helped get me set up with a new phone, even came out to my car (several times!) to help me reconnect with apple car play & to make sure I had the right charges, etc…He was amazing!! If you are in the area, def worth going to this Verizon location!!! Super efficient, courteous & helpful!! These guys are the real deal & know their business!!Thanks again, really appreciated the help!!

Ordered a new phone with Andy and it has been the most seamless and pain free experience. I was in and out in less than an hour. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely loved the customer service. Small place in the corner with parking available. Great help, answered all my question. Did not pressure me to buy anything, I really needed an upgrade and explained different prices and gave me a tutorial on the iPhone. I would go back. They really are helpful at this store.

Easily the best experience I've ever had at a Verizon store; Andy's service was excellent in every way, with zero stress or confusion! I will definitely be back for any and all of my phone-related needs-- nobody can beat this store!

I had the pleasure of coming across this place this week. I had to change my phone and although I usually go to another store here out in Queens I came across this place. And I am so glad that I did! Andy made the process of navigating getting a new phone so easy and even pleasant! He was so informative our questions, concerns and was obviously knowledgeable about the products.
