All I can say is.. Ricky is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and has patience to answer all of my questions and concerns. He has helped me pick the best family plan and upgrade 3 cellphones. He also activated and transfered all new cellular data and took the time to call Verizon for my trade in credits.

Randy the Manager at Verizon store in Bay Terrace, NY is a great manager who is personable, knowledgeable and very helpful. He was able to solve activation problem with my new phone that 3 verizon reps over the phone can't help. I was already frustrated from having to spend over 3 hours on the phone. I am so glad I went to the store & was able to get resolved with the issue activating my phone. The store has a bunch of customer service reps helping people as they come in. I was surprised to find the short wait time as well. Will be back if I need a new phone.

I went to Verizon corporate store at 23-70 Bell Blvd, Bayside, NY, 11360. I was having problem activating my new Android phone with 3 verizon customer service reps over the phone & went to the store to get help since my old phone was deactivated as well. Manager Randy was extremely helpful in fixing the problem. My new phone was activated & all the info were transferred from my old phone as well. I did not have to wait long. The store have 5 representatives to help customers that day. Randy is friendly, patient & he can multi-task. If I need a new phone in the future, I will visit this store.

Store representatives have REPEATEDLY caused us billing problems by flat out LYING to us about fees and changes to the plan without letting us know.I was told my jetpack was recalled. This was a lie.I was told I was being given a recall replacement unit at no charge except for taxes, which I paid in store. This was a lie.There was a $35 activation charge which I was told in no uncertain terms would not be charged, and there were two new increases: additional taxes and some sort of device agreement fee, adding up to over $5/month.There was no recall on the jetpack I have.I went in to have a simple line added for my watch, and not only was I inappropriately charged taxes for a device I already owned, I was also charged additional surcharges I was not made aware of. After all of this, I was not given a receipt that I could check charges against.Also, for reasons unknown, I lost loyalty discounts, and was not informed of this.Shady shady lying business.

They need to learn A LOT about Customer Service!! Got a new iPhone 15 couple days ago and was having trouble pairing the phone with my headsets, Smart Watch, etc. Went to the Verizon at the Bay Terrace Shopping Center and explained the problem to them. I was told "You need to bring in the headset". Okay, I returned home, got the 2 headsets and returned to the store. 4 GUYS at the store! So, 1 guys takes the headset and tries to pair it up. Unsuccessful. "It's a bad headset" was his response. Really? What about the other headset? He said "There is nothing wrong with the phone, so it must be the headsets." Okay, moving on...I asked about the Smart Watch. "Yeah, you have to delete and start over again". I asked how do I do that. The response......."If you go on YouTube it will explain how". I looked at the other guys and they ALL had a blank look on them. I'm trying to get through! I'm trying to get a solution. That is why I went there in the first place! I tried again, "What do I do? I mean, both headsets are no good? I drive a truck, I need them for work". And I get the response, "Nothing we can do. It's not the phone" Frustrated, I left, went to the Verizon store located at 40-04 Bell Blvd. What a DIFFERENCE!! Night and day. Walked in "Hello Sir, how can I help you?" I explained the problem. we sat down. He started with the Smart Watch. 5 Minutes later, it was done. Ran a diagnosis test on the phone. Have no idea what he did....within 10 minutes he paired BOTH SETS OF HEAD PHONES!!! Went back to the Verizon at Bay Terrace Shopping Center and told the guy "You all have a lot to learn about customer service". His response...."Uh Huh". I got annoyed and another person who was trying to act like a manager asked him whats going on? He said "I don't know". And yes, I blew my top, "What do you mean you don't know?? This is my third time here this morning". Again with the Blank Look! Useless. Unreal! If anyone can explain how 4 GUYS couldn't resolve a problem they get paid to resolve while the man at the other Verizon store solved it within minutes I would LOVE to hear it!!

I went into this Verizon store to pick up my new devices that I had purchased through online. I am a new customer to Verizon but Bruce the manager was rude from the time I got in there when I told him I was coming into pick up my device he said very rudely might I add “did you order it online, is it in the locker?” So I showed the email and then he asked the young lady behind me if she needed assistance and he was so nice to her like sure there are seats back here for you and I’ll be with you shortly. Then when he came out with my device he was very adamant about how I can put it in the locker next time so I don’t have to worry about dealing with one of them!! MIND YOU SIR BRUCE YOU ARE THE MANAGER IN HERE. I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THAT WAS NOT IT AT ALL ! Wether or not you have lockers in there some people rather deal with people some people are NEW CUSTOMERS !! Be more mindful thank you very much and have a great day ! It was an absolute pleasure doing business with you things like that will go a long way !

After an extremely long wait at this Verizon location, we realized we should have gone to a different store. The staff moved as slow as snails and are understaffed. And they weren't knowledgeable about procedures. And offers. When we finally got to speak to a sales person they suggested next time we make an appointment so that wait time wouldn't be as long. I said to them what is this a dentist office that I have to make an appointment? Very dissatisfied save yourself a trip and aggravation.
