Every time I go there, I leave in a bad mood. I’m not sure if the person is new, but that person has never responded to my ‘good morning’ or ‘have a good day.’ I’ve never heard her voice, nor have I seen a welcoming expression from her. I wasn’t expecting extraordinary kindness, but isn’t it only right to acknowledge a greeting? Why do I have to feel bad every day while using this USPS service?

I drop off packages daily at this location. Today the employees received a memo from their manager saying they cannot accept packages that aren’t already in the system. I paid for all my packages, prepaid online and they don’t show up in their system. Employees were informed to tell me that I can’t drop them off. All of the labels are paid for but they were denied by this USPS. That’s not my fault but today they made me leave with 10+ packages that I needed to ship out. Shipping labels do say USPS. I don’t understand how they can reject packages by the shipping company that I PAID for. Waste of my time. Just don’t go here.

I’ve been using this post office for 2 decades and I go even if it’s a little out of my way as most of the postal service employees are so helpful mostly Lydia! She’s got a great memory and always remembers my family and I. I’ve never had any issues with getting my packages delivered. Thank you all

I've been to this location twice now, each time for a simple prepaid drop off and each time the staff has yelled at me for conflicting things. The last time I was there I noticed they dont have a designated drop off window or bin like other offices so I waited in line. When I got to the front, the staff member yelled at me about making the line longer and said drop offs need to skip the line and go right to the window. So today I do just that, and since there's multiple windows, I asked a staff person which one should be used for drop offs. This staff person yells at me about skipping the line and all the other people who have been waiting ahead of me and I need to wait like everyone else. I tell them that the LAST TIME I was here, I already got yelled at about standing in line and they say, "Well that's only for when we have extra people." What does that mean? I gave up. I don't know how to read minds. I am not a very smart person. I don't understand what they want. I will just use another office.

The worst post office experience by far. I had two minutes to spare but the door was already closed. Just someone standing at the inside door while I'm stuck in the cold because the people in this post office are too lazy to do their jobs. Just one look inside and you know this place is bad news. Job security isn't always a good thing.

I've never met a friendly face at this location. Every time you go in it's like you're interrupting their day. Like how dare I have letters and packages.

I came into this location to ship one small package to my son who is in college. I stood third in line for 15-25 minutes this morning. There was only one cashier working. I asked if there was another cashier to help with six people in line and the customer at the counter with many packages to scan. The cashier at that time ignored my request to have another representative help her. Midway through the transaction, another representative came to the counter and the other representative left. Leaving now seven customers in line. When I got to the front of the line the cashier (Joann) was out of change. It took another 9 minutes for me to receive my $2. Change. I asked to speak with the manager of that location and Joann informed me that she does not know who the manager is.I came into this location at 11:35am and did not leave till 12:13pm.

The lady behind the service window walked away without a word. It is the only service window available, and the 25+ people waiting in line are understandably upset after 15 minutes later. We could see she walked around in the back office but she didn’t answer or even looked at us while we inquired. Management should look into this matter because the front office was basically unattended for about 25 minutes.

Special shoutout to Donna for making sure everything was done correctly and quickly! Thank you so much Donna! You are the best!This public federally funded and staffed location is doing the absolute most with what little they have and are going above and beyond to serve their community on a daily basis.Ignore those community members who would post their temporary emotional distress on a permanent place; it reflects more of the writer than the subject.If you would like to see changes in your local post office, then first get registered to vote, go vote, and then complain to your elected officials.

An order I placed with a third party was shipped using USPS and was marked delivered a few days ago- sure enough, the item was nowhere to be found. I opened a ticket requesting an investigation as to what had happened. I was told today that my order was delivered to the wrong address and that USPS was unable to recover it. Delivering items to the correct address is literally their only professional function/responsibility and it's infuriating to see that these people clearly have no pride in how they perform their jobs. No one even excepts deliveries to be made on time with USPS but I think it's reasonable to expect that I actually receive my packages- whenever that may be. Truly a new low for an industry with little to no standards as it is.
