If there was no address on the item, there was contact information.
They did not contact me and sent it back to Korea.
So I went to Korea again and I had to pay the round trip transportation costs again. I was upset.

An order I placed with a third party was shipped using USPS and was marked delivered a few days ago- sure enough, the item was nowhere to be found. I opened a ticket requesting an investigation as to what had happened. I was told today that my order was delivered to the wrong address and that USPS was unable to recover it. Delivering items to the correct address is literally their only professional function/responsibility and it's infuriating to see that these people clearly have no pride in how they perform their jobs. No one even excepts deliveries to be made on time with USPS but I think it's reasonable to expect that I actually receive my packages- whenever that may be. Truly a new low for an industry with little to no standards as it is.
